Dear Lord Jesus,
Please bring you peace into the work situation, please hide bfelliot2003 in the shadow of your wings. Please help them give over all their anger and hurt, Lord help them reset this year. Help them accept was has gone in the past and move forward knowing you can consume their anger and replace it with love and your most amazing joy. Amen.

Praying

I get sideways when “I put my own thinking,” on just about anything. It starts off with something small, and it is not my business in the first place. When I find myself angry and critical, I’m in a dangerous place. I’m in pride, or I’m in fear, both of which take me far away from “rest.” Confess your sins to The Lord. Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, and thank Him for the provision He has given you. I have to remind myself all the time that I’m not in charge. I belong to Him, and He is confronting my will. Its not about my circumstances…which is where “I de-rail.” It’s about my heart. Thank God He loves me enough to confront the lie in me, that believes when …”I get this job, more money, or a more attentive husband,” then I will be less stressed, kinder….you fill in the blank. That’s what my head tells me when I want to sanction sin. It is a self-indulgent platform for bad-behavior. Stir-up thanksgiving in your heart and enter His gates with praise. It is the only thing that will bring change. I will be praying for both of us, as I’m still walking this out myself. God bless you friend!
