Prayer for sister whose house burned down

Please pray for my sister Barbara whose house burned down January 29th. She is 72, a widow, and she has lost everything. The insurance only covers her mortgage. She lives in Tennessee. She has been staying in a hotel paid by Salvation army but has to leave in a week. She has no savings because she spent everything with her husband’s cancer illness. Please pray God will help her to rebuild her life.

Please come in with change that is a blessing. Lord please turn peoples hearts to this cause, because it’s such an important cause. Lord please be near our Sister with your peace. Please let her see a path made by your hands and may heart heart feel joy at what you do. I ask all this in your mercy. I pray for her emotional and spiritual well being. Give her strength for this. May faithful Christian sisters step up and offer her a place to stay. May she be guided to resources that may be out there for her. May someone help her replace pictures and memories. Music cds, a comfy chair, clothing. Lord there is so much she needs to feel life is secure again. Send someone to take her out for a cup of coffee or tea and just listen, be a friend. In Jesus name
