Following my heart to have a baby

    My husband and I have been married for 3 years and we have decided to try to get pregnant. I am excited but terrified. There are so many unknowns, so many questions, the state of our world. I ask God to give me strength and patience to take it one day at a time. I have felt this calling from God for quite a bit of time. So I just need a little strength. Thank you DAB family for your prayers. My husband wants to keep this between us until we are actually pregnant. So it is good to tell someone how I am feeling besides just him ❤️

    I also came here while trying to conceive and received the most beautiful prayers. I truly believe that prayers from this community of believers was instrumental in our conception. I am due in June and share your fears and apprehensions. I pray: God, please fulfill the desire of this mother’s heart in your own perfect timing. Help this couple uphold and support each other in this journey and reassure them as they pursue parenthood. May their faith be bigger than their fears and that they feel your guiding presence each step of the way. 🙏 ❤️

    Hello sister, we are dealing with similar things! It’s nice to know I’m not the only one also terrified, but excited. Jesus, thank you for saving us and showing us how to live in obedience before God our Father. Please help us to trust your Holy Spirit as we practice obedience in following this calling to be parents, no matter the outcome. We know it is easy to trust ourselves more than you, so remind us of your faithfulness to Hannah and Sarah’s families in the Word, as well as your faithfulness in our own lives. Praise be into the Lamb, our Savior, Jesus Christ.

    Dear Dab member, Becoming pregnant will be the biggest miracle You could ever imagine.!!! I pray that when You do finally conceive, You will protect the baby and yourself during the whole pregnancy. I pray that God will watch over both you the baby and allow you to carry the baby to full term. I pray that You will be fertile enough to conceive and end this longing that You feel to become a mother. I pray that you will have a healthy pregnancy and a safe delivery. I pray that you will have a normal healthy baby that will be a source of joy to you and your husband. I also pray that through this process, you will appreciate the power of God in creation of a new life. May God bless your womb and grant you the desires of your heart in the mighty name of Jesus.
