Thank you for praying for healing for Larry. The scan on March 28 revealed no growth in the tumor. This is encouraging. His tumor had shrunk from January without chemo, so we believe that is a result of healing prayer. There is a spot on his liver, but it is not conclusive that it is cancer, it could be a scar from a previous surgery. The doctors will be doing an ultrasound. Please pray that it is not cancerous. Several of us in the Alpha Course ministry believe that Larry will be healed, including and especially Larry. We are taking steps to pray daily and to lay hands on him weekly, including communion and anointing him with oil. Some are fasting. As you may know pancreatic cancer is one of the most difficult cancers to cure. The doctors consider his cancer to be terminal with or without treatment. But it is God, not doctors, who has the last word. We believe God has told us that Larry will be healed, yet our faith wavers. We are not demanding that Larry be healed, but are are persistently asking God that he be healed. The fervent prayers of righteous people can accomplish much.
