Dear friends~ I was walking in the west coast surf this evening collecting sea treasures. It appears a rock sprained my foot as it moved w/ the tide and hit my left foot. Not my ankle, but the top right of my left foot, above the arch. Doesn’t look swollen at all, but is pretty painful & I’m limping. Weird… it was fine when I got home; it took a few hours for the pain to kick in. Pls agree for a quick healing so I can go to work. Thank you so much for your prayers! 🙂
