On my knees with supplication pouring out to God for relief from the cough! 🙏🙏🙏🧎♀️🧎♀️. When my husband encountered coughing issues, his MD would prescribe a capsule called Tessalon Pearles (generic name is benzonatate). I don’t know if this would be appropriate in your case or not, but you could at least ask.🙏🙏🙏
October 10, 2022 at 11:15 amYes I’m taking that along with arithromyxin? Not quite sure but cough is beginning to break. I simply don’t do well with anything interrupting my breathing. I’m Scared when I have to elevate my Normal sleeping position. My daughter was right when she said my chemo should be pushed forward another week to enable my body rest and recover but deep inside me, I just wanted all the chemo cycles to be over and done with. It’s been so long and I’m tired and struggling to get to the finish line. Tying so hard I know it’s God only that has brought me this far. Wow I am not complaining. I am only being human but for the saints praying where would I be? I’m humbled and grateful. Blessings to you My dearest sister and all my Precious and caring siblings GCOGA 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Praying the Lord gave you a blessed night sleep, 😴and your cough continues to break up so you can breathe easier.😮💨Please don’t feel you are ever complaining with all that you have gone through. Our earthly bodies require each breath we take, and when it’s difficult to get them, our brain lets us know. 🧠As if a panic attack can help the breathing… Just another “flaw” in our human nature! But God sees and brings peace only He can miraculously give 🕊or sends someone for us in our time of need.⛑ He has done it both ways for me when my thyroid levels have dropped way too low. It seems like such a small thing to change your sleeping position, 🛌but again, our human nature does not like it one bit, and let’s us know! If we can’t get comfortable, our brain is not going to let us sleep. There’s that silly brain trying to tell us what to do! 🫤So grateful God gave us a brain to think/learn with, control our bodily functions and store our memories! Just wish it would behave itself better. 🤦♂️ Thank God, He doesn’t leave us alone to contend with our own thoughts. He led me to Isaiah 46:4 this morning – “Even to your old age, I will be the same, and I will bear you up when you turn gray. I have made you, and I will carry you; I will sustain you and deliver you.” Praying you feel Him lifting you up, carrying you and sustaining you today and always, my precious sister! 🙏🙏🙏🕊🕊🕊❤️❤️❤️✝️✝️✝️🌹🌹🌹

I feel the joy deep inside me and I could just smile. Cautioned myself so I don’t trigger this stubborn cough. Now it’s causing me to have headache and I feel so helpless. One quote that keeps running through my brain goes thus; “every person on the planet faces gasping jaws of uncertainty. The only antidote to this poisonous threat is drawing close to God. In His presence you can face uncertainty with perfect peace “ ✌️that was the only message I wrote on cards that I shared every Monday when my chemo was intense before my transplant. This quote keep resonating in my head and I don’t know why? I try to live by Proverbs 3:5-6 and leave it there. 😍✌️❤️🙏Scheduled to see the PCP tomorrow afternoon. More and more each day, the Lord amazes me how He brings people in our lives who need us as much as we need them. The Lord’s joy, strength and wisdom are moving so strongly in, around and through you, dear sister. God truly blesses everyone you touch with your encouraging story! Even through all the trials and tribulations, He gives you the grace to share your heart and spirit! The quote you wrote on your Monday morning cards may not be from the Bible, but I believe God had His hand in it when it was first written. No one (besides God) will ever know how many people had their lives changed by it. Someday in heaven, people will walk up to you and say, “Remember those cards you passed out on Monday? Well, that was the beginning of my journey with our glorious Lord and Savior.” Living by the scriptures is so important, but God sometimes puts other words on our heart to influence people to come to Him. You have been such an inspiration, and I love you so much, sweet sister! I thank God for you and for letting me be a part of your life! October 12, 2022 at 5:46 pmKiddos are going to have fun with these jokes. I will let ‘Z’ Run it through with the twins! Oh so nice. Well, I had zoom consult with my pcp this afternoon. My baby took my vitals ahead so I could update her. Of course as the zoom meeting began; she heard me coughing while trying to explain what’s going on so she came up And took over explaining all the details and all she did to keep me steady while we were away on vacation. It’s so interesting how they start medical slangs and you are lost but she was satisfied with the prescription that I’ll begin tomorrow morning. Both were quite empathetic knowing what my body has been through and now not being able to sleep? She was very encouraging saying “We need you to finish strong 💪 only 6 more to go? You can do it. I’m happy with the choices you are making to keep the myeloma in remission. Don’t be lazy. Keep on fighting we are with you.” That melted my heart ♥️ 💝 💜 and brought tears to my eyes. My baby stood there at the end of my consultation; they both spoke more medical jargons while she massaged my shoulder. Thank you for these prayers and words of encouragement. When I am not stressed; I do a little on the prayer wall. My heart breaks for so many needs and people dealing with real tough life issues. We should count our blessings and make our blessings count. God is good to us. He is so gracious loving and kind. I praise Him all the time inspite of how I feel on the inside. I appreciate Him giving me enough strength for each day and sustaining me and allowing me to deal with these real health issues. Grateful that He surrounded me with so much care love favor and warriors praying for me all over. Sometimes, I don’t know why He loved me so much that He surrounded me with solid honest compassionate and kind human beings!!! These grand kiddos take it as a challenge and I’m Humbled. What then is the imperishable; our soul. Given to us by God it will live on. It is the unseen part of us that never dies. In 1 Peter 1:3-4 we read BLESSED BE THE GOD AND FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO ACCORDING TO HIS GREAT MERCY HAS CAUSED US TO BE BORN AGAIN TO A LIVING HOPE THROUGH THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST FROM THE DEAD. TO OBTAIN AN INHERITANCE WHICH IS IMPERISHABLE AND UNDEFILED AND WILL NOT FADE AWAY , RESERVED IN HEAVEN FOR YOU. Despite the obstacles in your path, there is an end to them. The longest days of our lives have their end. The greatest worldly gifts will fade. However, there is the gift He gave; eternal life and the riches for us that await in heaven. When I opened my eyes this morning and realized that as hard as the night was with the cough; HE still woke me up NOT the alarm clock! To be able to read these encouraging posts prayers and feel the impact of your investment of time sacrifice and energy to get me the words of wisdom and encouragement that I need? Oh how He loves me. Thank you my dearest siblings. At one point, the enemy tried to say to me, why are you being given this attention or focus? and I realized that it is the scheme of the devil 👿 he failed. It’s not about me and I am not calling attention or awareness to myself because I did not advertise myself! I realized and I am conscious of the fact that there are so many people on this prayer wall that are hurting. dealing with serious situations. All I know to do is to pray when I have the energy to do so. It is also gratifying to recognize that God places saints in our path to help us grow strong and be encouraged. Thank you so much for taking time to read and spend time in prayer. The jokes are also very delightful for us in our family. Our inlaws drove to come spend the weekend and oh my goodness I wish I could describe what the jokes did. Because “Z” had to take the lead to read the jokes; they are now going to be part of our dab family. It was a blessing to show them the love of Jesus without really working hard. I fell asleep while everyone else was laughing away as they read the jokes and had fun with them. Not all of them are believers but with the jokes they were able to read few posts and wonder why many people are praying for Mama as they call me. Now they have the podcast on two of their phones and from Listening to Brian read; I know we have won another family for Jesus. Hallelujah I love you all so much. To think about these posts having an affect on other people and bringing them to Jesus just is so totally mind boggling! God is great!!!Sometimes we never find out why we have to go through trials and tribulations, but this time, dear Flora, He is sharing the reason why He has let you bear this burden. The future population of Heaven has definitely increased! Hallelujah and amen! Praise be to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit! His light is shining through you, sweet sister, like a beautiful beacon on top of a hill showing the people the Way, the Truth and the Life! You are such an inspiration to so, so many! Your influence will live on forever! How many people will walk up to you in heaven and tell you how you blessed them by introducing Jesus to them? Thank You, dear Father, for bringing the light of Your precious daughter, Flora, into so many lives, including all of ours!
