Dearest Abba Father, we humble ourselves before You, praising Your Holy Name for You are a good, kind and compassionate Father! But even when we know that to be true deep in our hearts, we sometimes cannot feel Your presence, especially in the middle of our battle with cancer. We have days where we wonder where You are, do You not care, why is this suffering being allowed to happen? But then You show us the words in Psalm 10:1 that bring us peace and comfort. We find hope in knowing we are not alone. Help us to remember we aren’t the only ones asking these questions and wondering about these things.
