Dear God Almighty, we come to You with praise and adoration in our hearts for You watch over us day and night! You have done this for all Your children from the beginning of time. King David wrote many Psalms about You watching over him when he was hiding from King Saul. During his struggles, David cried out to You about his situations, but at the same time, he remembered Your faithfulness that reminded him of Your character. The struggles he endured gave him the strength and wisdom to fulfill his future purpose You had in store for him. David was surrounded by his enemies, and so he turned to You in prayer expressing his grief and trying to make sense of it all. Being a man after Your own heart, David was able to endure and not give up because he had the faith to know it wasn’t the end of his journey. You had a future purpose planned for his life. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Oh Lord, thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus, to us so we can place our hope in You through Him. Thank You for not letting our pain and suffering from cancer be for nothing for You are the God who was, who is and is to come. You are the God who does! That’s why, no matter what we face, we can hold onto the hope that You will take our sufferings and sorrows and turn them into good for Your glory; You will take our battle with cancer and use it for Your purposes.
