Dear Abba Father, we come into Your presence with praise in our hearts and on our lips for You are always with us, giving us Your love, kindness and favor even in our struggles against cancer! You have shown us many times how Your beloved children have suffered throughout the Bible. Joseph was one of Your children who suffered for many years. He had dreamt about what his future would be like until, one day, his brothers sold him into slavery. In just one moment of time, his future, his family and his dreams were taken away from him. Everything in his life was shattered. Every painful experience of Joseph’s past prepared him for his future that would impact thousands of lives. As we go through our own journeys battling cancer, we relate to Joseph because we see our dreams and future fall apart.
