Amen! thank You Father for giving us Your Spirit. Who empowers us to live the Christian life. It’s by His mighty power, that are able to stand firm in our commitment to follow You. Help this man and his fiancée’ to stay connected to the love of Christ. Let every motive of their heart, be only devoted to You. Father, bring the gift of salvation to his family, and friends. Use him to shine the light of Jesus around them, for them all to see. Lord, break the enemy’s jaw! And his devilish strategies to lead him into sin. He’s Yours, bought with the precious blood of Jesus. And every thing that You are, lives in him. The power to resist temptation is already there. Help him to yield to the “Holy One” who resides within him. And to resist the devil, and he will flee!
“There is no temptation taken you but such as is common to man. But God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may bear it.” 1Cor. 10:13
