85% of Pay Garnishment by IRS.

    I need for my brothers and sisters in Christ to pray for us. My husband and I owe money to the IRS, a descent amount. We found out last week by going to the bank that they have garnished 85 % of my husband’s biweekly Pay. This has made it very difficult for us to pay rent, buy food, etc. We have employed a lawyer and I need prayer that the biweekly garnishments be lowered to a reasonable amount. Thank you so much DAB family and thank you for your prayers.

    Father, nothing is impossible with You! I am lifting up this couple to You. I thank You for what You’re doing in their lives. My hope is in You. They are asking for the garnishments to be lowered, so I am bringing this request to You. Make a way for them to get them lowered and live one what is left. Encourage them and let them not fear, be angry or worried. You provide. You know our needs and You are for us. I ask that You give them wisdom, discernment and a lawyer that will help them. Use this for Your glory, their good and the good of MANY!! You are in control. You hear. You care. You are at work. I trust You. Let this couple trust You and rest in You, even now. Thank You for the request. Thank You that I can pray. Bless them, Daddy. I pray in Jesus’ Name. Amen and Amen.

    Yikes! That is a huge percentage to be deducted from your paycheck. Father, we bring this couple before You asking that You help them make better arrangements with the IRS to repay this amount owed. I know this can be done. Please help it work out. And in the meantime, help them reduce their spending to the absolute minimum so that they are able to pay their rent, buy food and necessary items. Give them wisdom about what items are necessary, and which are desires that can be delayed for awhile. However they got into this situation, Lord, send them an advisor to guide them out of it and to change their habits, or whatever caused this, to continue to reduce their debt and never get back into it. We trust You, Lord, to give the exact wisdom they need, right here, right now. Thank You, Father! We praise You! We love You!
