Anxiety and depression

    Hey it’s Jennie from Jax Florida. Can you pray for me. I have a lot of anxiety pretty much had this my whole life. And depression. I take meds for it. But it always seems like I’m depressed still. Thanks. Jennie.

    Lord, sweep over your child and deliver her. Flood her with Your shalom. Remind her in your Word that there is power in the words that we speak Prv. 18:21. Help her to say only, what You say about her in Your Word. We speak words of life overJennie.

    Dear Jennie from Jax, I will pray for your continued relief from anxiety and depression. I too take med for depression and find it difficult to cope without steering clear of the daily bombardment that the news media and facebook throws at us each day. I pray that God will surround you with positive and uplifting Christians to help you stay focused on all the wonderful things that God provides us each and every day. Delight in sunrise and sunsets that paint your skies, hear the birds chirping in the tress and laugh at the silly little lizzard like creatures that scurry along your pathways. Go to the beach, smell the salt air and hear the mighty roar of the ocean waves and commune with God. Concentrate on doing for others which in turn takes away focusing inward on yourself.     Jennie I was getting ready for bed saying. my prayers for you and found myself quoting this scripture Num 6:24-26 and I like to listen to Matt Redman’s praise song Benediction of this scripture. I heard it from Brian on March 6 and it is so comforting. I just googled it and you can access it every day and let God’s peace just wash over you. Love you!

    Jennie I was just praying for you referencing Num 6:24-26. I heard Brian play the Benediction praise song by Matt Redman on March 6 and now I have it saved from Google to listen every day and just let the peace of God wash over me.
