Anxiety depression condemnation guilt

    I have not logged on since lockdown..I don’t know why..but the anxiety and coping daily, I guess it made me forget, or I just forgot. I would like spiritual physical mental strength, joy happiness and most especially peace and a sound happy joyful mind.

    Dear Lord, your child is suffering in so many ways and now she turns to you. She asks for your help in every area of her life, especially for peace in her thoughts and her mind. Please come swiftly to her and grant her the strength to endure. And give her the sweet comfort that only you can give. Hold her close, carry her and let her feel your love. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

    Dear sister, I am praying for your anxiety and fears to be removed and replaced by God’s peace and joy. Lord may you give her a healthy routine that brings You into her awareness Each day that includes the Daily Audio Bible podcast. Lord me your word fill her heart with hope and peace and love. We also pray that you would help to bring around her friends that could encourage her and she is not isolated in Jesus holy name we pray

    Lord hear these prayers and speak to the lies she is believing in her heart. Lord that she would trust in you completely and know the depth of your love for her and believe it.

    Standing in agreement with these prayers, Lord. Lift up our sister, encourage her, and give her peace. Help her choose ways that are positive in her life – DAB reading, Prayer Wall, exercise, sunshine, reaching out to others with a phone call. And, help her reduce the things that are causing her so much anxiety and stress – the news, thoughts which circle around in her mind but which can never get resolved. Blessings, gail

    I too have been feeling the same way and I find that remembering the promises that our Lord made to us helps me. Gives me hope because I know the Lord will stand by his word. He said in Isaiah 43:2 when you pass through waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned ;the flames will not set you ablaze. The judgements you hold to yourself are for God to judge and believe it or not, he has washed those sins away. Step into your new life refreshed. You will be well!

    Father, restore your joy to your precious daughter. Your Word declares that it is the joy of the Lord which our strength. We rebuke the enemy who comes to steal, kill, and destroy. And we thank you Lord, that you came that we might have life, and have it more abundantly.

    My dear friend, the enemy has been playing with your mind and trying to isolate you further. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. 2Timothy 1-7 Meditate on that word, let it sink into you being. Don’t let the devil win. The joy of the Lord is your strength. I’ll continue to keep you in prayer, keep connecting to the Audio Bible it is a great place to find comfort and encouragement . You’re not alone .
