Wondering childPrayers: 19Requests: 10
January 16, 2022 at 4:32 pmHappy New year DAB/DABC/DABK Bible Family First let me just say thank you for this platform. I began listening to Pastor Brian I think the Fall of 2020, then began listen to Jill and Ezekiel in 2021. I just love you guys and am thankful for China’s return. This is about my 4th time asking for prayer. I don’t know what’s the matter with me. It’s not like I’m not in need of prayer, I have many needs but just don’t ask. I listen to the prayers after each podcast and I cry with you and am encouraged but I don’t always pray and that is the heart of my problem. There are so many who surround me who need prayer but I don’t always pray. If I do I only pray once and then I leave it. If a pray again weeks will go by some times months. This year I am trying to listen to the community prayer because I want to pray. Please pray for me to be a person of prayer. If there is anything I want from God this year 2022 is to be intentional and a woman of prayer. My second request is for my son, Caleb. He has been going through a rough time. He got married October of 2020 and about one month after their first anniversary his wife Marlea threw him out saying she doesn’t love him. He is broken and devastated and I don’t know how to help him. He doesn’t believe her, he says she is just afraid. The truth be told they have been arguing a lot during the first year and there has been neglect. He has spoken to an ex girlfriend and went on a dating sight. He said it was to boost his self confidence but either way it was wrong and he knows that. She will not forgive him. She has suffered really badly from anxiety from her teens and is medicated so this doesn’t help. He is back home now. They have been trying to work things out. She has confessed to him that she loves him but is afraid. They began dating and he has been helping her with her anxiety. All was going well but last week she told him she doesn’t want this again. He’s devastated! Please family pray for them. A lot of healing is needed. Thank you and God bless each one of you.

January 16, 2022 at 5:42 pmDear fellow believer in Christ, Just a short word of encouragement. This is only my 2nd. year going through the Bible with Brian. Before I found this blessed platform, my prayer life was lacking also. For me it was the busyness of running a business that I used as an excuse for not engaging in prayer more often. Then God started doing a work in me while going through the first year with my DAB family. He lead me to listen to the prayers after Brian’s reading. And to begin to pray by sitting down and typing out prayers on the prayer wall. I began to regularly pray for the needs of others in this manner, and before to long I had a desire to pray like I have never experienced before. For me, it’s easier to pray by typing than by just speaking. I would encourage you to try this method for a short season, and see if the Holy Spirit doesn’t ignite a fire, and a passion in you to pray. I’m also praying for your son and his relationship. God has a way of working things out, if we’ll only believe.
Blessings, in JESUS NAME. Amen! 💓

January 17, 2022 at 11:15 amThank you all so very much for praying for me and my son. I will try what you have said. So many times I have wanted to call in and pray for others but I’m not able so I pray silently. I love you family. This is the greatest thing that is happening in my life and I thank God for leading me here. My life is truly changing day by day. God bless you all in Jesus name. Amen.
