This is heartbreaking to You, Lord, for it is Your desire that families stay together in love and truth. We pray for truth to be clear and for love to abound in this marriage. Help both husband and wife own their part in what has gone wrong and sincerely attempt to correct their own part. And for the 12-year-old son – Lord protect him from the parents’ mess, keep him from hearing and seeing things that are not for him. Let him trust in You and lean on You, knowing that You have a bright and loving future set before him.
