April 30, 2023 at 12:24 pmYou may have heard this being spoken before. The phrase “Baruch Hashem” is a Hebrew phrase that is used by Jewish people to express gratitude to God. It’s root meaning is, “Blessed be the Name” (of God) or “Praise be to God.” it is a way of acknowledging God’s goodness and expressing thanks for His Blessings.

April 30, 2023 at 12:29 pmThe phrase is often used in response to a question about one’s well-being or in a situation where something good has happened. For example, if someone asks “How are you?” a person might respond, “Baruch Hashem, I’m doing well,” indicating that they feel Blessed and grateful for their current situation.

April 30, 2023 at 12:36 pmSo the next time you find yourself grateful for something that God has done for you, why not respond by saying “Baruch Hashem” — “Blessed be the Name of God!” Thank You Father for the beautiful Hebrew language. When we study it, we are sure to be blessed and have our understanding enlarged. For this, I say to You — “Baruch Hashem”– “Praise be to God!”
Amen! ❤

May 1, 2023 at 3:32 pmThank you goingupsoon for helping me to learn some new names from your post. This added more to my spiritual growth. I learnt a new word today. Also looking to enrich my desire in the things of God. Thanks again. I also read that Yahweh is God’s personal name, so closely identified with his being that many orthodox Jews refuse to pronounce it, instead saying HaShem (“the name”) or Adonai (“Lord”), to guard this name’s sanctity. Amen 🙏 GCOGA 🤲🙏🙏🙏
