please pray for my walk with the Lord. I have been struggling with abusing alcohol to numb pain. I seem to not be content with where God has me. I have tri ed, on my own strength and failed too many times. pray for my husband as he is a great guy and doesn’t deserve a hot mess of a wife. pray for healing for me and whatever the issue is. that I can focus on Jesus and joy in this season. Thank You.

I pray she will rest in your love and wait for you to reveal what it is in her past that caused this deep pain she feels led to numb. I pray she will lay the alcohol down and put her trust in You. I pray she will thank God daily for all Your blessings to her. There is a book called, “One Thousand Gifts: A Dare to Live Fully Right Where You Are” by Ann Voskamp that might help. Lord, please keep giving her husband strength, and wisdom, and abundant love to help her. May she continue to grow in the love and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus name

No longer do they need to try and get free from any type of thing that holds them in bondage in their own strength. Lord Jesus, you came to set the captives free. We ask that you do this for our friend. Deliver them totally. Remove the desire to drink alcohol. More importantly, heal what ever is at the root of this problem. We thank you Lord, that freedom has been made available to them. Help them to receive by faith, what you have already accomplished at the cross. Faith believes, faith receives.
