Brother- needs the Lord, addict; Dad- needs healing; All of us- closer to Christ

Dear DAB family, I have 3 prayer requests:
1) my brother, John, had been a drug addict since he was 16. He is 30 now, and is struggling with drug addiction- which really affects is 3 year old daughter when he binges and is gone for days, causes him to lose jobs frequently, and has affected his health (outside of the overdose risk or risk of death). He really pushes help away, and knows everything about the Lord in his head ( being that our father is a pastor), but has not given his heart to the Lord. Will you pray for him, DAB family?
2) My dad, Landon, is having health problems (cellulitis & edema in bilateral lower extremities- which is infection and swelling; as well as a mite infestation which no conventional therapies have helped him with) to the point where he has been on bed rest orders for almost a month, which was just extended- and he cannot pastor his church at this time. Will you pray for him, DAB family?
3) All of us! The Lord is coming soon, and we need our hearts to be re-routed to Him each and every day, we need His love, strength, and Holy Spirit in our lives- with power, helping us live for Him and die to ourselves. May we pray for this, DAB family!!Love you,

I stand with you in prayer for your brother John and for his little daughter. May God speak to his heart and awaken his mind, open his eyes and heal him. May God give you peace that surpasses understanding. Lord, we ask you to hide John’s little girl in your own heart. Protect her from the uncertainty, pain, and chaos. Do not let go of this family, Lord. We know you are pursuing them all in love far stronger than anything we can do on our own.
I’m praying for your dad’s complete healing. Heavenly Father, I pray that you strengthen Landon’s immune system and completely eliminate any infection in his body. May you heal the edema, strengthen his heart and kidneys to eliminate the edema, heal his blood vessels. Father, heal his father’s heart over his son John. May you bring John back to yourself in a way that will glorify your name and heal all of who have been affected. May you use his life to bring healing to others who struggle with addiction.
Lord we praise you. We thank you for the Cross. We thank you for dying for us. We thank you that all things are possible with you. You are our healer, because of the great sacrifice you have made. May all the prayer requests here reach your ears. May you meet us where we are, and give us trust where we lack, give us wisdom and peace where we have need. We can trust in you, the one true God, who loved and gave up everything to have us again. You know our problems better than any other, and you alone can save and create beauty from ashes. We love and worship you.
