I created my account today and ask for prayers of strength. With the Lord and this community I will start making healthy changes in my life.

No matter what your past has been please do not let it define who you are ! Remember if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord then you are a son of the most High God !
Whatever it is that held you back in the past , say goodbye to it because today is a new dawn for you .May the Lord Jesus strengthen you and uplift you with his righteousness hand . Draw ever so close to God and he will surely direct your path .
May the peace of God rest upon you and may he protect you from the enemy .Amen

Thank You for the healthy choices You desire Your child to make to improve in health, vitality, self image, whatever it is that is needed.Thank You for bringing the right people to walk alongside Your child, with words of encouragement, to lead to the way of life. And, Father, please take the whip out of Your child’s hands when self doubt or accusations, guilt or shame, or whatever negative emotion comes in from the enemy, and place Your arms around Your child instead. I praise You for Who You are, and all that You do now and forever more in Jesus’ name, amen.
