Hello DAB family, I am looking for prayers for a close family friend of mine – she was like a bonus mom to me growing up as I was close friends with both of her children (and have been for about 20 years now). Her husband took her to the hospital last weekend because she had Influenza A really bad. While in the hospital (by fluke, or a blessing) they found out she had internal bleeding. Since then, they have had to operate once and do multiple procedures. As the internal bleeding has not been fully solved. She has been sedated and on pain killers for about 5 days now and is on a breathing tube. They tried to take her off of it this morning, but they were unsuccessful in getting her to breathe on her own. Her name is Amy – she is a fighter but I am extremely worried about her. She is surrounded by friends, family, and prayer … but please pray for her now and that she is able to wake up and start the healing process. Thank you so much for your prayers!
