1 Corinthians 10:13 Modern English Version 13 No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, and He will not permit you to be tempted above what you can endure, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it. That way of escape the same thing we do to confess, seeking another who will listen to us and hear our most deepest, darkest secrets. Our Father in Heaven already knows those secrets, He saw them on your path before you were born, but He had also planned out the path of others to connect with your path. Those others, who ever they may be are the escape we need to bear the temptations in our lives. That is why God put those people there. Believe me when I say this, when you do find that avenue of escape, that path to confession, you will know and that person with you will know because the tears of sorrow and love will flow as freely the rain falls from the sky. Not even the hardest of men can stand against that power of love. And I tell you this, once these tears we weep start to flow we will feel the beginnings of a cleansing, we will see the light bursting through the darkness and we will find the strength to turn away from the temptation before us.
