My 22 year old was found dead this morning. Knowing he’s in “a better place” isn’t helping the sadness of knowing it will be a long time before I’ll see him again.

June 2, 2021 at 7:08 pmFather in heaven, I pray you will give Carmen strength to get through all she must do. You know the pain in her heart even as you knew Mary’s pain at Christ’s death. I pray you will meet every need she has. I pray your blessings will go with her as they prepare the remembrance service for this dear son. I pray hearts will be touched and lives changed if any among them are unbelievers. Show yourself strong for this family as only You can. Grief has touched so many of us. We stand strong to do your will with our days and strength that remains. Be glorified in this earth. In Jesus name

Send people into her life that can bring some sort of healing and relief to her. Help her to find You in everything. Lord God grief can consume us, its heavy and at times crippling. Be with my sister…..

June 4, 2021 at 1:55 amDear sister Carmen, our hearts are torn along with yours. Lord, help her, and those of her family by shrouding them with Your peace. Comforter, wrap Your loving arms around them, and hold the safe, and secure in Your love. When my with and I went through the passing of our son. Jesus, you surrounded us with a protective bubble. I ask Lord, that You do the same for them. Place compassionate souls around them that will just be there. May they not feel the need to say to much. Just being there offering support, will be enough.

Give her Your strength, Your comfort, Your Son and Your righteous right hand to guide her. Cling to her as she journeys toward You in this painful season.
