December 15, 2020 at 6:32 pmWe have had a terrible year. Our second oldest had a car accident in February. I was in a car accident in May. We’ve struggled all year long. Out daughter finally got a car in September, I have no car still. My job was delivering groceries, so without a car I can’t make money. I got a job at a warehouse, but it was too much with my lupus and arthritis and I had to quit. 3 of our kids also have autoimmune diseases. We just borrowed $2500 from our 17 year old to keep my husband’s truck from being repossessed. The moratorium on evictions is the only thing keeping our house from being foreclosed on. Our kids understand that there will be no Christmas this year. Our second oldest is about to move back home, but there’s no way we will find a house to rent with enough room for all 5 kids that we can afford. We are absolutely drowning. My husband had finally come back to the Lord, but I think it was fleeting. He’s so convinced he’s worthless and a failure. He’s convinced that he is holding all of us back. I have faith that it is all going to be fine, and it will work out. I know God has a plan. I was terrified about losing everything at the beginning of fall, but I have so much peace about it now. I’m mostly devastated for my husband. I need him to receive a fresh word from God, a dose of the Holy Spirit, and much encouragement. He will not listen to me, he doesn’t even want me to say anything to him that is encouraging. Every time I ask God for a miracle to bolster my husband up, something even worse happens. It is almost daily now, the attacks from the enemy. I spend a lot of time fighting in prayer. I wish I knew how to fix everything.

December 15, 2020 at 7:05 pmAbba: I lift up this struggling family to you. I ask You to have grace and mercy afresh every morning. Allow them to get up in the morning and say “I trust You Lord, and I give You this day.” You are a good, good Father, and desire to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory. Let them experience a turn-around and thank You in advance for new jobs, a new home, for finances; and to express thanks for absolutely every blessing. Help them keep record of the blessings and not of the challenges. Allow them to feel Your absolute love for them, but Your Word says we should make our requests known to You in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. I bind fear from this family. Let it be replaced with Your peace that passes understanding. Allow them to accept help from sources that will come forward. I pray all of these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.

December 15, 2020 at 8:02 pmHello dear Gina; The rest of God” in today’s Scripture is a place where we know God is in control. But here’s the key: once you enter that rest, you’re not automatically going to stay there. Life is full of peace stealers. If you watch the news twenty-four hours a day, you will live worried, fearful, and on edge. If you get on social media and constantly compare yourself to others, you’ll never feel good about who you are because someone else will be more beautiful, more talented, more successful. If you let people dump all their problems on you, they will steal your peace and exhaust you. There will always be people and circumstances trying to pull you out of God’s rest. If you’re going to live in peace, you have to put some boundaries up and be careful about what you feed your inner person—encouraging things that build you up and cause you to be positive, hopeful, inspired

December 15, 2020 at 8:11 pmGina, I add my voice to your prayers for your husband and all that is going on for your family. I agree with Spiritdoc who suggested that you choose wisely what you allow into your home via television, news, computer, or social apps. Father, bless this family with a cup running over. Bless them over what they have lost. Most importantly focus on the husband and father. Show him tender mercies, Father. In Jesus’s Holy Name.

December 15, 2020 at 11:27 pmFather Yahuah, I pray for Gina and her husband and family. We bless them and speak your life into them. Father we know that you give and takeaway and we really can’t control anything but can control our obedience to you in good times and bad. Father I pray that you would give this family a fresh revelation of your commands and that they would be able to enter into your rest. Father you gave us the pattern of life before any sin entered the earth. For in 6 days you made heaven and earth and on the 7th day you rested. I know religion is trying to destroy your Sabbath rest and pattern by changing it. Nothing is hidden from your sight. Father I pray for Gina and her family, father set them apart from religion and help them enter your Sabbath rest and Shalom. Set them apart for good works you have prepared them to do before the beginning of time. Father may they know your moedim and prepare to wash their robes in white. May they keep Holy what you call Holy. Blessings!

December 16, 2020 at 11:13 amFather in heaven, I pray for strength and wisdom for this family. May they all increase in love for the Lord and each other. Isaiah 41.10 says Do not fear, I am with you. Do not be dismayed, I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Psalm 50. 15 says Cry out to me in the day of trouble, and I will deliver you and you will glorify me. I pray this family will grab ahold of a couple of promises and speak them daily. Stand on them. You are at work we know. We stand with this wife and the DAB family for deliverance from trouble for this family and for an increase of peace, of joy, of gladness. Be glorified we pray. In Jesus name
