February 7, 2024 at 12:07 pmDabber friend,
on our faith journey with the LORD, It’s important to remember that God hasn’t abandoned us when we’re at a standstill, and are having a difficult time hearing clearly what His intentions are for us going forward. The LORD uses many different means to direct us along life’s path. His leading could come through a song heard on the radio, or through a word spoken by our minister at church, I’ve found that many times God will speak to me through my wife. Of course, one of the surest ways we hear God’s voice clearly is through reading the Bible.✨ God is not limited in the ways that He can use to communicate His intentions to us. Many times it’s by a still small voice that the LORD will lead us. It may be that when we are having difficulty finding the path that we should follow, that there’s some kind of interference taking place that’s making it difficult to hear from the LORD. We may need to eliminate certain distractions such as cutting out, or restricting the time we spend viewing television or our addiction to social media platforms. Or any other activity that the Holy Spirit 🕊 reveals to us that’s creating a short circuit in our ability to hear from God clearly. We need to be on the lookout for anything that fills our minds with senseless chatter, or preoccupies our minds in such a way, that it becomes a distraction that will make it difficult to hear the Holy spirit 🕊 when we need to be hearing from Him the most. ✨Hearing from God can be as simple as fasting from these distractions for a season. And getting quiet before the LORD for as long as it takes until we hear from Him. Problem is, that most of us have a hard time staying quiet for very long. It’s our nature to want to be busy doing something all the time. ✨We may need to ask the LORD to help us to be still long enough to hear from Him, and to wait patiently for Him. ✨ God’s WORD 📕 is true, we can find Him in the waiting moments of our lives. (Psa. 46:10) “Be still, and know that I Am God.” ✨ (Psa. 27:14) “Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD.”✨ (Lam. 3:25) “The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him.” ✨ The Bible guides us to: “Trust in the LORD with all our heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and (He shall) direct thy paths” (Pr. 3:5-6). ✨ Heavenly Father, thank You that You have committed Yourself through Your covenant promises to be dlewis118’s source and provider. And that You have given him/her Your Holy Spirit 🕊 to be their guide. Thank You Aba, that You are committed to make Your child’s path straight before him. May dlewis118 be strengthened with “The Strengthener” Himself, 🕊 to wait patiently on You (for as long as it takes) until they receive the direction that they need…Praying, in JESUS’ holy Name. Amen! 💞

February 7, 2024 at 1:03 pmfamily, Father I declare, IT IS DONE, AMEN!! As believers in Jesus Christ, we possess the ability and freedom to confess His word for ourselves and intercessorily for others…May we say out-loud, Thank You, Father, for Your mercy that grants me hope in times of despair and uncertainty. Also, May we say out-loud, Heavenly Father, have mercy on me and grant me humility to seek Your will above my own. Take care! Now may we meditate and share Psalms 49-53 and how they each correlate with the Gospels and how the chapters themselves correlate with us today: Matthew 6:25-26; Matthew 11:28-30; Mark 9:23; Luke 12:22-24; John 10:10 such as In both verses, the mercy of God is evident. In Psalm 49:20, it is shown through the gift of understanding and wisdom, while in Matthew 6:25-26, it is demonstrated through God’s provision and care for His people. These verses remind us of God’s mercy in different aspects of our lives, whether it be in our spiritual discernment (understanding and wisdom) or in His provision for our needs. Good news!!! Amen 🙏 In Jesus mighty name!
