Good morning friend. It’s Mother’s Day and I’m up early- the rain woke me up and I couldn’t get back to sleep. Anyway, happy to read your post and pray for you.

Please know God will honor you for being a good Dad. Your son is young and needs your care. He needs his Mom and you.

It sounds to me like you need some good friends to come alongside you. Money and things it can buy doesn’t bring what only God can. God brings true wealth and so much more. If you have Him you are rich, at peace and more.

Don’t focus on your ex-wife or envy her. You just do your part in being a good parenting partner with her and a good communicator. You show her what a godly man is. Your son is watching and learning- that’s for sure. Each thing you say, don’t say, do and don’t do is an example- for good or bad. Let it be good. You can do it! I’m proud of you.

I’m sorry you’re feeling discouraged. You just tell those feelings to take a hike and you cling to a right perspective on things. You are not trapped. You are blessed to have a son to raise and to love and be loved by. The choices you make are in his best interest because you are a kind, caring and loving Dad just like your heavenly Father. Let His Spirit move you and just follow. You are never alone. He is with you, for you and will never leave you.

Father, I thank You and praise You for this man and his son. Be glorified in their lives. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and lead them. Renew this man’s mind and spirit. Let him be full of joy because of You. You provide for all his needs and so much more. Lead him to a good community of believers where he can make friends and enjoy fellowship. Let his eyes be on You and not on the things of this world. Let him honor You as he fulfills his job being a good Dad to his son. Let him teach him Your ways and model it well. Let them enjoy following you together. Let this man take every thought captive and not be ruled by emotions or thoughts that only deceive him, discourage and lead him down the wrong path. May he walk with You in the light and SHINE brightly for You. You are for him. Who can be against him? I love that! I praise You for that! That is his truth, my truth and the truth of all believers! Glory to You! Divorce hurts. Bring healing to these lives. Let them all look to You. Use them to encourage others and be the example You would have them to be. I bless this man. I know You bless him, too. Let him REJOICE and rest in You, knowing that Your plans for him are good. You see. You know. You care. You love him SO! Just hearing that even comforts me. I love it! Let him know Your deep love. Only You can truly satisfy. You will give him the desires of his heart. Let him trust You. Let him be a blessing to his ex-wife and his son. Let him be honorable, kind, caring, forgiving and loving. As today is Mother’s Day, let him show that. I bless You, Lord. Thank You for making me a Mom. I am SOOO blessed!!! Let me be a good Mom- a loving Mom and a shining example for You. You are worthy!! Thank You for DAB and this Prayer Wall. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

Almighty God, you who comfort us in need and pain, I pray for your everlasting peace in this man`s life. Give him your divine wisdom, and power, so that he can continue to follow you wholeheartedly. Lead him thought all obstacles, and thought all trials. Show him that you never, ever, leave us. Help him to serve you, and help him to be a good dad, and to live alone. Let all that he does be a sucsess. And I pray that you help him every time he have to deal with his ex wife, and that your joy, and everlasting peace will relieve him off all depression.

Heavenly Father, I join these prayer warriors pleading for a new life in you to begin with my brother, your precious son. I pray that he will begin to heal from his past hurts and the divorce that marked the death of his marriage. I pray for your supernatural power to pour over him so that he can begin this new chapter in his life. In the name of Jesus, I pray that you confirm his identity as your son, and lead him in the new path you have ordained for him to walk. Help him to stand before your altar and give all of his hurts and disappointments to you as a precious offering, never to revisit them again. I pray you would give him strength enough for each day, and that this strength would be focused on meeting the needs of his son. Let no energy be diverted to ruminations on the past. I pray, Father, that when the time is right and this brother is ready that you would guide him in the steps of forgiveness. But, Sovereign and Merciful Lord, I yield entirely to you the timing of the healing step of forgiveness. I pray, Father, in the mighty name of Jesus that Satan be bound from the life of this man, and from any further influence over his life or the life of his family. I pray that these evil forces be cast out from this man’s mind, his workplace and his dwelling place. I pray that you pour the oil of anointing over his head so that he guides his son with an example of humility and godliness. I pray against spiritual or physical idleness, asking that you prompt this brother to exercise restraint in any desires toward sin or revisiting the past. I pray that this man grow and mature in his faith as the result of this experience, that the fruit of this tragic time in his life will yield an abundant harvest of good. I ask that you allow this brother to talk openly about his experience with divorce as an example of your faithfulness to us. While this brother’s heart breaks, I pray you would raise up prayer warriors to stand in the gap for him and his family.
