Exhausted and broken

    Hi
    Could l ask you’s to pray for my brokenness.
    Am just so hurt and it’s been over a year now and it won’t go away.
    Am so tired and exhausted with this.
    I’ve cut myself off from a lot people.
    A lot of situations have happened that lve had to deal with since l was in a car crash last year since then every thing has just got to much and it has effected my health.

    Dear Sister Fran,
    Thank you for your words. Make regular time in your day for God. Seek a routine that allows him in. Start from this moment, choose to seek God in prayer, worship and the word. Seek new songs and let the words wash over you, even when you can’t pray you can listen to the words and join in, because your spirit will receive and connect with God. These words are especially important for you now: Ephesians 5:19-20:
    Reciting psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs for your own good. Sing and make music to the Lord with your hearts. Always thank God the Father for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

    He is close to those crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). His love for you is not ceasing (2 Chronicles 5:13). I know just as you have come here to rely on God, through him you will be able to do all things because HE will strengthen you (Philippians 4:13). Remember the evil one want you separated from others, thinking it is not possible to keep going. But stand firm in his word knowing this battle that has raged against you is from the powers of darkness, to overcome we need Gods armour (Ephesians 6:10-14). We your brothers and sister here are willing you on. Be strong sister, take courage, keep going and see that God will reach down and make you feel better, our strength comes from Joy in him knowing and this Psalm (28:7) is true for you:
    The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.

    Dear Lord Jesus,
    Our Sister Fran needs you and I ask you Lord please may she be lifted by your spirit. May she know your joy in the weeks to come, may this joy overflow and give her strength and courage at this time. Lord, give her a glimpse of how you see her, how wonderful and beautiful she is and light her path so whilst she is struggling now she would see a light in the distance which is new pastures and refreshment. Lord be her light now, surround her uphold her and protect her. Shower her in your love. We love you Lord for you love for us is beyond measure. Amen.

    My dearest broken and exhausted, please tell you Dr how you are feeling. You are managing a lot of upheaval in your life but these are not permanent things. DAB is a great resource but as a medical professional I encourage you to seek treatment of your depression. I once had it all (and I didn’t thank God for what I had) I was juggling so many things but was not getting treatment for my depression. One day I just dropped all the balls and attempted suicide …that was when I discovered that Jesus was my best friend. My violent year of multiple suicide attempts caused me to lose everything. I went from living like a rockstar to someone who could not look anyone in the eye or say anything without sobbing. Every inch of control you regain over your life is precious and it will come slowly at first but you will find your strength again through God and modern medicine. You will be whole…

    Dear Fran
    God loves you and he wants you to be free indeed . What I have learnt is that in life when your emotions are affected your entire being is affected .

    The pain and turmoil of ones mind does not come from our Heavenly Father so today we must choose to return this pain to the rightful owner ( your enemy )

    Everyday we face spiritual battles and it’s always so important to recognize them .
    Here is what I am going to tell you . The enemy of your soul uses hurt and pain to bring so many people down . He often wants people to get offended by others and when that happens slowly as a person you realize that the fire 🔥 of God in you starts dieing off .
    May all the time that the enemy has stolen from you be restored in the name of Jesus !

    May all the pain the enemy has inflicted on your mind now return to him in the name of Jesus !!

    May the heaviness that tends to overwhelm you now melt away in the name of Jesus !!

    May you find it in your heart to forgive and realease ALL who have hurt you in the name of Jesus!

    May the pain caused by others and the enemy now leave your life in the name of Jesus !

    May everything that is causing you to feel low/ depressed / hurt /dejected /sick/ now bow to Jesus and release you in the name of Jesus !

    May the fire of the living God search your entire being and consume that which is not pleasing God in the name of Jesus !

    May the Hand of God touch your life now and may new life begin in you as you submit to God and to His leading in the name of Jesus !

    Seek God desperately and worship him like you have never done before and as you do this I know you will sense a lot of heaviness leaving you .
    There is so much power in prayer and praise .
    Receive your healing from the healer of all infirmities in the name of Jesus !

    To God be the glory great things He has done

    God bless you. Now start thanking God we are just his instruments . Give Him all the praise and as you do , the enemy will be put to flight. The more you pray and praise God the more tired the enemy’s agents sent against you will get because every time they come near you they will find you praying and praising . This in the spiritual realm looks like fire…. so who in his right mind likes to touch fire!! No one ! So Keep that fire burning and let the enemy run away from your life.

    Fran, I’m sorry to hear what you’ve been going through. May I encourage you and pray for you…trust that as you walk with Jesus He will lead you through this. He is with you Fran. He tells you to cast your cares on him because he cares for you. Lay down your burdens. I remember that song “I’m Trading My Sorrow”…I always loved singing it with the children at the school I taught at. One girl especially thrilled my heart. Her name was Chelsea. She was about 6 or 7 years old and she had diabetes. I met her when she was in my Kindergarten class. I had to set the alarm clock and oversee her test her blood throughout the day each day. She was such a sweet and strong little girl. Needles scared me because I was a whimp. Not Chelsea. She was strong. I really admired her. Anyway, she would sing out that song and raise her hands in the air. I always remember her smiling at me as we sang together: “I’m trading my sorrows. I’m trading my pain. I’m laying them down for the joy of the Lord! I’m trading my sickness. I’m trading my shame. I’m laying them down for the joy of the Lord. (She would throw her arms down when we sang the word down). I say yes Lord, yes Lord, yes, yes Lord! Yes Lord, yes Lord, yes, yes, Lord. Yes Lord, yes Lord, yes, yes, Lord. Amen!!” And so I say to you, Fran. Sing it! Sing it out! Think of Chelsea. Think of Jesus! Trade your exhaustion and brokenness. Jesus will give you what you need and what is good.

    Thank you Jesus for Fran. Thank you for her request. Thank you that you do take our brokenness and you make us whole. You take our exhaustion and give us energy and strength. Yes, you do! You are able to do exceedingly MORE than we ask, think or can even imagine!!! I stand on Your Word. Let Fran stand on it, too. I understand having feelings like she expresses- you know ALL too well, about that. But though those feelings come and the things of this world can get me down. I cling to you and walk with you because you are the way, the truth and the life. Where else could I go that was good? I pray that Fran will take that stand and trust you completely as you lead her out of darkness. Open her eyes to see you and see you at work in her life. Let her lay the things of the past down and look forward to a marvelous future! I need to remind myself of that often. And not just a marvelous future in heaven but a marvelous future in the next moment. This moment is actually quite marvelous, too. I’m able to go online and pray. Now I’m just reminded that I actually wanted to check out the Sneezing Jesus FB live that I missed last night. For such a time as this…you gave me the opportunity to hear from Fran and to minister to her and be ministered to. Wow! I love that! Thank you Jesus! Thank you for all those who come on here to pray, be prayed for and to pray with one another. It’s so cool! I love to see familiar names and to learn new ones. You are good. Thank you for DAB. Bless this ministry and may it continue to multiply as you build your Kingdom and grow your family. I ask in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
