Abba, Father! You are holy! We seek Your kingdom with all of our hearts and desire to be in Your will. As it is done in heaven, O Lord. Forgive us Lord, for our sins. Allow us to see them as You do, how much death our sins cause. We praise You for Jesus! As we see our own sin, we are humbled to forgive those who have sinned against us. Lead us O Lord, to follow You closely and not to be tempted by the evil one. Thank You Father for this couple who looks to You for guidance and peace in this situation. Comfort them as this decision is tearing at them. Unify their hearts as they pray and seek Your counsel about Elena. Lord, we lift up Elena to You and ask You for a miracle. Whatever is fueling her rebellion, Lord, open her eyes to see the Truth as her father asks. Give her a heart of repentance, Lord. Show her that her way is a “fools” way – as we read today in the Scriptures. Father, we cry with this father who loves his daughter and asks that she be “motivated to obedience by love.” Father, You do restore – You make a way where there seems to be no way. Lord! You are the God of Impossible Situations. We press in O Lord, to witness the change in Elena! Thank You for bringing her into the kingdom! We speak in faith, believing that You Lord are our only Hope! Thank You. Praise Your Name. For You are Worthy of all Honor!

Dear God I lift up this hurting, grieving, severely depleted and tired couple and family to You. Oh Lord You allow us to come to these places where we are at the end of our own capabilities to endure and it seems this is where these parents are. They need You to intervene Jesus on behalf of themselves, Elena and their family. We ask for a mighty move of Your hand Lord God, nothing is impossible for You Lord, as Your Word says. It must feel no amount of love reaches Elena and no amount of instruction or consequences impacts her so we ask that You would bring about whatever needs to happen that will result in what You desire for this family. If there is something that needs to be exposed, brought forth from within Elena that would give these parents the ability to help her or seek the right help for her or something within the family that needs Your attention Lord, show the parents this and what they need to do. Only You can keep this family together and only You know what needs to happen for these relationships to be restored. Give them wisdom Lord and help them hear only from You. Mend the broken hearts of this whole family and bring them closer to You, each one. Your will and Yours alone be done. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Amen. Dear Lord the power of your spirit brings the fullness of your love. Your truth prevail in all things. Lord we reach out for this young girl in prayer and for this family. May your wisdom be given in their lives for the right path to follow. Lord it weighs so heavily on the hearts of a parent in behalf of a child. Please Lord bring them comfort as the answers that are needed will be clear and may they trust in them. In the loving name of our Lord Jesus Christ we pray.
