Hi DAB family, my name is Sarah I’m from the UK and this is my third year of listening to the DAB. About four years ago I became a Christian, my parents, siblings and husband are not Christian. In fact the only Christian friends I have are here and at the lovely church I attend .Please can you pray for me and my entire friends and family. It’s particularly difficult for me as my husband doesn’t believe and he is not accepting of my faith at all. He can be mentally abusive at times and it has been really hard to deal with. Just lately I only get to attend church once month and have felt like God is so quiet and I have become very discouraged. I feel the passion I have for Christ slipping away and I’m very ashamed to say this. I wonder if anybody is in the same position that I am because at the moment I feel very alone. Please could you pray for me x

I tell you I am on this in a big way! I will be praying daily and I will add you in to my long term list.
Whatever you see or hear from your family let it discourage you. God is FOR YOU and nothing can stand against that (Romans 8:31). The evil one in my life has work to separate me from my family, but God is in control he knows and he sees remember his thoughts are not our thoughts, nor his ways our ways. So do not worry or be afraid but commit this to prayer and get your family in christ on board the DAB group on facebook is great also. Going to pray now and keep up updated. IF I see anything in pray I will write again.Dear Lord Jesus,
Blind the evil that works against our sister, let it shudder. Lord send your warrior angels to strengthen our sister. Let her see that those for her are greater than those against. Lord help her be prepared for this battle help her have time with you, even Lord guide her husband so he aids this process. Lord, you are the God of the impossible, you stand on water and call us out to stand with you. Lord give our sister your courage and give her renewed joy in you. Let her see that where she stands is a solid mass that nothing overcomes, in time help her family see you as the bridge to this rock in which we stand. November 13, 2017 at 6:03 amAmen to soundya prayers! Been 6 years since I was an atheist turned Jesus freak. I felt very alone bc I had spent a decade cramming atheism into my family so to say the least it was a shock for them. I quickly realized it was not my job to bring my immediate family to Christ and instead focuses on being an example of the Word in living flesh. I made DAB my family and small group at Church part of that as well. I ask for God’s wisdom of when I put church over my family and he makes opportunity of when I can do that without wrecking my marriage. Lord give Solomon’s wisdom to those DABBers that are unequally yoked, in Jesus name. SlaveOfJesus
November 13, 2017 at 6:52 amSweet sister be encouraged, you serve the God who sees all and knows all. He is present in your heart and will guide you as you interact with the nonbelievers in your life. Be intentional about cultivating your personal relationship through prayer and study of his word. Let him use you to shine his light and draw those you are in contact with to him. I pray that you recognize him everyday and stand on his promises even when you can’t see him working. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
