Dear Lord Jesus,
We speak life and hope into this situation. Lord heal our brother Sedric from the arrows of the evil one. May you be his shield right now, may you give him rest from his mental anguish. Lord in your name I ask for your peace. Lord give people who speak to him words of hope and encouragement. Amen

Please tell him I will be lifting him up daily. In my prayers, tell him God has a plan for his life for hope and a future. Sometimes the waiting is so hard. I pray he can get close to our Lord at my lowest when I had such thoughts I reached out to God and he came in in such a powerful way. What help me the most was finding a daily rhythm with God in prayer, worship and the word, didn’t matter how long. It changes me inside out. My pray tonight is that he feels like he is under the shelter of our Lords wings, so close his spirit is alive in the knowledge.

Lord we come against this spirit of suicide because we know that it was put to death on the cross. We know that it is a lie and a trap of the enemy. We hold up Sedric on behalf of his family and his heritage. He is one of your own. We hereby cancel out the idea that has come to his mind that death is a better idea than life. We ask that you remove the blinders from his mind, eyes, spirit and heart. We ask that you replace what has captivated his mind with darkness with love. No more bondage. No more tears and no more pain. In the name of Jesus we speak life…as the unified body of Christ we declare life. We have the authority to agree together that by the power of the blood of Jesus that this life can and will be changed by our prayers. We believe it and he SHALL receive it.
