    This is God’s Life Speaker (Michelle). I know you know we all have good intentions when we want you well and “throw” ideas, possible cures, and well meaning thoughts your way! So, keeping that in mind, here’s my $0.02! “Grain Brain” by neurologist Dr. David Perlmutter. Wellness is effected by our foods and we are well aware of many miracles we hear of people who changed their diets. Sometimes the changes don’t take away our illness, but they can improve symptoms greatly. What we lack is proper research and finding what works for our individual bodies. As a certified personal trainer, I’m fully aware of quick fixes, but study and self awareness are the key. This book talks about food and the effects on our brains with special consideration to MS, dementia, and Alzheimer’s. It’s worth reading, so you can assess where you stand on these things and it will keep you off medication a bit longer and by the name of Jesus-always. I’m praying for you. Blessings.

    ▪️ ❤️‍🩹 🙏🏼Praying for you – dear Little Cheri in Canada (my next door neighbor to the North). ▪️ Also want to tell you how much I appreciate you. ▪️I’m a fairly new DABber, as I’m finishing only my 2nd year in Dec. ▪️But the impact you have made in my faith life is significant. ▪️ Hearing your voice on the call-in line is very comforting to me. Your spirit comes right through and I feel at peace. Your voice has made a difference in me. The MOST favorite thing in the world are your “Little Ditties!!” ▪️🙌🏼 I go back and listen to them over and over. The simple, child-like songs that come from your heart, with the Holy Spirit are really MASTER PIECES.     I heard your request for prayer and my heart just went out to you. I’ve never called in, or come to the prayer wall before but for some reason I felt I need to reach out. Your desire to stay off medication is something I can totally relate too. Dr. Patty DeBlasio, MD had/has MS but has been able to not have symptoms. I use some of her products and they have made a huge difference in my health. I normally would never share on a prayer board like this but like I said for some reason I felt like I should.
