June 11, 2019 at 5:48 pmI have been on a path steering away from God for so long. I fought with my dad and my parents pushed each other away, so I pushed God away. That was 3 years ago, recently I became a youth leader at the local church in the town we moved to, I apear as someone who is a child of god, but I lie, I carry so much pain and hate and anger with me everyday. I want to stop blaming myself for my parents splitting, for poeple always leaving my life. I want forgiveness, I want to give it to myself, I want to give it to my parents. I just dont know how? I pray for strength on my path to forgiveness.

June 11, 2019 at 7:20 pmThere is hope for you because clearly you still have a conscience and admit the problem in your life .
Forgiveness is a choice that you must make. Forgiveness gives you freedom and so much peace .
When you choose and purpose to forgive then clearly you can expect God to forgive you and answer your prayers .
Will you 1st start by forgiving yourself and if you find it hard , will you please ask God to help you .Will you then forgive your parents and finally will you sincerely ask God to forgive you .
Once you get forgiveness from God you will have so much peace . You will bear good fruit just as the word of God tells us . You will live the TRUTH and not a lie .
You will be a TRUE reflection of what a child of God ought to be .
Know that the Lord is waiting for you .
He will wash away your pain / sins /hurt/ tears / sorrows .May forgiveness truly manifest in your life in Jesus name
Amen 🙏🏽nmcgPrayers: 192Requests: 10
June 11, 2019 at 9:47 pmHoly Spirit I pray that You would move in a mighty way in this person’s heart and life. I thank you that they have realized where they are at and that You have something so much better in store for them. Thank you Heavenly Father that You sent your son to die on the cross for our sins and that we don’t have to carry them any longer. So we commit this life to You and ask that You would do more than we can ask or think. In Jesus precious name I pray. Amen!

June 12, 2019 at 8:00 amAbba, Father! You are HOLY! We are awestruck at Your Majesty. Cathy desires to walk in Your kingdom today and to do Your will – because she knows that she must forgive. Father, show her how. Give her the wisdom and strength to follow You today. Help her to understand the “lines that have fallen in pleasant places.” (Psalm 16) The thought patterns she has developed that run contrary to You. Show her how good her inheritance is, O Lord! Help her to meditate on the Truth of Your Word and not just read it to mark her day. Allow the truth to seep in deep to her soul and let her rejoice in You. We declare today that Cathy is walking in TRUTH! She is forgiven and has forgiven because she understands the LOVE OF CHRIST! Praise and Glory to Your Name!

June 12, 2019 at 9:56 amStanding in agreement with these prayers. Cathy – Having been in a similar place to where you describe you currently are, for me the key to forgiving was that first I needed someone to hear my story, my pain, and outrage. After I could name the offenses, not excusing them, but actively deciding to forgive for my own sake, then the Lord set me free.
Regarding your parents splitting up, I want to say: that was their decision which you had no part in making. When people say they “got a divorce”, to me it sounds like it’s equal to saying, “I got a cold”, when in reality it was their decision all along. My mom divorced several times and remarried several times. I finally realized all these decisions were hers alone, not mine. They had a tremendous impact on me, to be sure.
Lord, give our sister, Cathy, wisdom to see clearly what has happened and why and to see herself not as the problem. Others had problems that have affected her and we pray You help her find the way to health, hope, freedom and peace.
Cathy, I encourage you to go to your pastor and discuss these things. I have every confidence that they can help you, and want to help you find freedom and new life in Christ.

June 12, 2019 at 4:07 pmHeavenly Father, please place your hands of comfort and peace on Cathy. I thank you for the innocence and transparency of her prayers. We join together around God’s throne, and we ask that you hear and answer Cathy’s prayers. Father, Cathy is grappling with fear now that she has accepted this leadership position in the church. As I listen to Cathy’s prayer, I cannot help but hear the whispers of demons who would like to accuse Cathy of all kinds of deficiencies and insecurities. Accordingly, I pray for Cathy’s faith and that you equip her with an ability to discern your truth from natural insecurities and from the voices of evil. I pray that you would reassure Cathy that she is your servant regardless of former actions and interactions with her family. I pray that you would give Cathy your healing forgiveness for any confessed sins, and give her the grace to forgive herself. Show Cathy that she is equipped for the service to which you have called her, and reassure her that you walk beside her each step of the way.

July 10, 2019 at 10:18 amContinuing to pray for Cathy. Just as you daily forgive and love us, allow Cathy’s heart to be broken before you. Allow her to experience your unconditional love and be able to love and forgive others. Thank you God that you have already revealed to her to let it go. Help her to daily walk in your forgiveness and allow her heart to bless and encourage others. We thank you for her and let her know that she is not alone. In Jesus Name, Amen. We love you Cathy. Be encouraged 🙂
