Please pray for me and for my marriage. I feel a lot of resentment and pain towards my husband and even though I still care about him and my family and we continue to stay together because of the kids I really don’t want to be consumed by hate. He cheated on me while I was pregnant which left a significant mark on me but we were working and trying to move past it for the past two years. Sadly I just found out he infected me with herpes and he claims he did think know he had it but it has always been there . Neither explanation makes it better. I am trying to avoid a divorce and to give my children a complete family no matter what. But I am so angry please pray that the lord gives me peace in my heart to forgive. And that if he truly loves me and this family may be lord help him be better.

October 11, 2024 at 7:53 amI truly understand and am praying for your request. “The one thing that I desire is that I will live in the house of the Lord forever. “ I believe as a believer you want the same thing for yourself. So don’t trust your emotions, don’t trust in chariots or horses, but trust in the name of the Lord your God. Take care of yourself with Jesus, make Jesus your all and all! Don’t focus in on all the wrong things that your husband has done. All we have to do is look in the mirror and see how much we have been forgiven and therefore who are we to not forgive? I understand this hurt. I truly do, but without God’s help You will be bound up right where the enemy wants you to stay. Bitter, jealous, confused always looking back over your shoulder. Don’t look to the left and don’t look to the right keep your head straight ahead, looking full into His wonderful face. Jesus is your full portion. He’s your only answer. He alone is big enough and more than what you could have ever asked or thought or even dreamed about. If you keep your eyes on Jesus, you will be amazed how God will turn this whole situation around for good. It’s not dependent on your husband, it’s not dependent on you. It is dependent on your faith in Jesus Christ alone. Be strong my sister. Keep your eyes straight ahead. Keep your beauty and your joy in the Holy Spirit. He ( your husband) will become attracted to you and you will be beautiful and a sweet smelling sacrifice to the Lord. Stay in the word and stay prayed up in the spirit. Pray that your husband will fall madly in love with Jesus. Then all things will be added onto you. In Jesus name I pray amen Taken with love from Louisiana.💕👑
