Please please please pray with me for my mom & dad. My dad has been in the Artillery/Military & security world most all his life, working in the Middle East the last 15 years of his working life before retiring early 2016, mom has always been a teacher & travelled and worked wherever dad was stationed. My father’s health is really really bad & getting worse. All the bones in both his feet are crumbling under arthritis, his veins are collapsing and he can hardly walk any more, his knees gave in, his back is damaged, and he is only 62 years old. He is really struggling with his weight due to the viscous cycle of constant unbearding pain, the inability to do any exercises due to all the pain and medication, then also the depression kicks in due to the fact that he cannot control his eating…He is loosing the battle and is slowly fading into a man defeated by pain, negativity and depression. His health and the condition of his body is one thing, then there is the inside man. He struggles with rejection since he was a baby as he was given up for adoption by his biological mom, he has since a young child resolved that he would show the world that he is worth anything by working hard to always perform and achieve by his own strength and might. He struggles with racism and hatred to a very high degree due to the condition that our country is in, and all the corruption and violence that prevails on a daily basis. He is addicted to Facebook and sits for hours a day allowing the devil to fill his mind full of junk and more political hatred and slandering. He is obsessed with money and to an extend status, and he is extremely fearful of getting old alone and broken and poor. He reads and watches the news all the time and reads criminal investigation books all the time which cooks him up on the inside. He does not read the Word of God as he has no desire to. He is trapped and enslaved on the inside by the devil and he desperately need help. He is a Christian, but I do not think he is born again & he has not been baptized as an adult – he has not yet surrendered his whole life to God and he has not yet repented. He does attend Church occasionally and he does watch a teaching from time to time with mom, where we can see something is going on with him, as he would cry, but he cannot get out. He is stuck and enslaved on the inside, and he is physically trapped inside his own broken pain ridden body. My mom is much stronger in her faith and knowledge of the Lord, but she is also still enslaved, as she is addicted to cigarettes and sometimes she will drink excessive alcohol (not that often any more, but it still happens), she says it is to deal with my father’s bad temper, mood and attitude who is always negative & talking down on her. They are both stuck/trapped & still in bondage to the enemy and I am urgently asking for prayer to set them free…. May you please pray with me that our Good, Kind, Merciful, Faithful, Loving, Righteous, All Powerful, All Knowing God and Father of our LORD Jesus the Christ please step drastically and powerfully into my parent’s hearts, into their souls and into their minds to set them free with HIS amazing saving truth… Please stand with me in prayer, thank you!
