Getting to a very sad place

I’m a survivor of my only daughters suicide. She left behind a very beautiful smart girl for me to raise. It’s hard, she is now 13 and very independent. I have a great husband who loves us both as well. I thank God for them! Here’s the sad part, I’m not feeling very much into life and living. I just lost a very new special believer she just wanted new knees she thru a blood clot in her sleep and went home to be with the Lord a week ago. Now just two days ago I lost an old friend from high school. My mind is a mess, I’m not going to give up I’m just sad. It’s the separation God knows what it’s like I’m just sad! Please pray for me and my friends families thank you God Bless

I am going in for an operation today. It is a simple one but still, I know that I am in God’s hands. We can only go on through with Him–Bless you!

I pray Lord that you would strengthen our faith and remind us that we are the daughter of the king . Give us especially, as women who have lost children , a special grace to help us walk on. Show your mighty power in our home as we raise our children. Bless our marriages and help us to grieve together and not let us be torn apart. Be with the surviving children and work in their hearts. Let our family faith get stronger and shine like gold.
February 24, 2016 at 5:17 pmPraying for you. May God give you peace and a person whom you can talk to about all of this. Our family is going through some really tough times on multiple levels which led to my sister needing to see a therapist for talk therapy. Its helping her tremendously to just be able to talk to someone who is not involved in any of the situations. God heals us through community sometime. Praying you can find that outlet and for God’s grace and peace to engulf you today.

February 26, 2016 at 7:25 pmDear Christine, my sister died and left behind 2 young children. They are now in college and holding down jobs. I must say that it’s because of people like you that they are able to get thru each day. Being there for you granddaughter is so critical as you know, and I’m praying that the Lord will make his love obvious to you. That you will be comforted in life around so much death. That the hugs you give to others .. will come back to you when you most need them. I’m so grateful to all the people who have loved and supported my niece and nephew. You have been chosen and must remain here… and God is able to give you the desire to stay.
