2 Corithians 1:20. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.  1. Today I am loved – God said “YES – I have loved you.” Jeremiah 31:3. The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” 2. Today I am seeking peace – God said “YES – I am peace.” Judges 6:24. So Gideon built an altar there to the Lord, and called it The-Lord-Is-Peace. To this day it is still in Ophrah of the Abiezrites. Gideon didn’t find peace, the Lord of peace found him. God, revealing Himself & manifesting is nature, His nature being peace. 3. Today I needed to rest – God said “YES – I will give you rest”. Exodus 33:14. And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” 4. Today I wanted to remind myself that I can trust God’s word – God said “YES – My words are faithful & true.” Revelation 22:6a. Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.”  David also gives testimony to God’s word being true & he expresses his confidence in the God of promise. 2 Samuel 7:28. “And now, O Lord God, You are God, and Your words are true, and You have promised this goodness to Your servant. I’m very conscious as I write these words, that the word of God is tried & tested. ‘Your words are true.’ These words are rooted in history, grounded in truth, birthed in God’s unchanging nature & character. So many things in this world are shallow & fleeting but God & His word are solid, reliable & trustworthy. Thank You Jesus for sharing Your word.
