Lifting you up to Abba, dear one for healing and comfort. Asking the Holy Spirit to hover over you and guide you to the right scriptures to meditate upon. Together let us meditate upon being thankful. For Jesus and what He has done for us. We put our focus upon You Oh Lord and not the pain despite that it may be so excruciating. We cry out to You, Abba and know in our knower that You love us but have left this “thorn in the flesh” for your purposes. Like Paul, we continue to pray to be released but we seek to learn to be content as he did. We are thankful Lord, for this dear one who is so sensitive to the fruit she displays for Your glory and we ask that You give her a double portion of what she seeks! We love You Lord and thank you and praise You from the bottom of our toes to the top of our head – in Jesus Name. Amen.

Oh how you must be hurting! You are sharing in the suffering of Christ and I pray that you would understand that everything that God let’s us experience, he will use for good! This seems impossible in the midst of pain, but I tell you from personal experience it is true! I have suffered badly from depression since I was 13 and did not take meds until I was 40. The most improvement I have ever has is with diet. Eliminating wheat, sugar, daily dairy, and caffeine has helped me feel almost normal. I am starting to enjoy my life!
