I was divorced almost 4 years ago. My ex filed due to habitual drunkenness. During the divorce, I agreed for him to have primary placement with our youngest daughters. Which I know was the right thing to do. I was not sober long enough to keep them. I have been over 3 1/2 years sober. I have not seen either of the girls since the beginning of Covid last year. We all live in the same town. So Covid made things more difficult. First they said it was covid, now the say they just don’t want to see me. They have stated that they believe I am still drinking. I just pray for peace. My daughters are Jordan 15 and Tyler 19.

Open a door so her children can see for themselves the change that has taken place in their mother’s life. Bring healing to their wounded hearts, and the desire to forgive all past hurts. LORD, praying You make a way where trust can be established once again.
