Holy Week and Easter during COVID 19

    My brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet you warmly during this holy time. My name is Daniel from Virginia. I’m sure some of you are in the same boat as I am, your Church building is probably closed currently due to this COVID 19. I miss the gathering for fellowship and worship. We do online services but I miss the personal contact. However, during my prayers this week a thought occurred to me which is especially poignant with Easter so near. Our Church buildings may be empty, but so is the Tomb! Our Saviour is alive and risen and we are His Church, not some building. Take heart family, for God says For Everything There Is A Season and this too shall pass. Let us use this time of social distance to pray and worship and decrease the spiritual distance between ourselves and the Lord. God Bless all of you. Stay safe.

    Amen Amen & Amen. For this current day & time we live in has deeper significance if only we as Believers can evaluate our Spiritual walk then come before our Lord Jesus with the realization that He has paid for our sins and given the gift of Salvation to all whom Believe in our Risen Savior. We are now in the Army of God !!!! Therefore we must discover each of our Gifts so we may fulfill our God given destinies!!

    Amen and Amen! Yes, Lord, our world is different this year – a year unlike any we have ever seen before. We do not fear because we trust in You and know that You know what is happening and how and when this will end. Help us, Lord, as we remain faithful to You and calm.     Amen! Although we are having to keep our distance from people and are unable to attend our usual Churches, in this difficult time of social distancing we are able to find different/ new ways to worship God which is a blessing. Thank you Lord that no matter what trials we may face on this earth, nothing can keep us from praising and worshipping you! I pray that more people are able to turn to you and love you and that those who already know you are able to strengthen their relationship with you. In Jesus name Amen.
