July 17, 2023 at 3:47 pmSharing these scriptures to help you know why it is important for you to forgive Psalm 40 Key verses: Psalm 40:2-3, “He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.” Just as we have been forgiven for our sins, we are told to forgive others. After Jesus taught the disciples the Lord’s Prayer, He emphasized the importance of forgiveness, noting, “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins” (Matthew 6:14-15). And later, before sharing the Parable of the Unmerciful Servant, Jesus was asked His disciple, Peter, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times” (Matthew 18:21-22). When God forgives us, we get a fresh start—a new beginning. That is what the psalmist, David, seems to be addressing in Psalm 40, which is both a psalm of praise and lament. Here, David remembers a time before when he was in the depths of anguish and crushed by sin, waiting for God to deliver Him. But then God raised him from “the slimy pit,” set his feet on solid ground, and put a new song in his mouth (v. 2-3).

July 17, 2023 at 8:01 pmdearest dabber, I can’t say I know how you feel because I have not experienced something like that. But deep in my heart I think you should ask God to help you to see Him as God sees him. To help love him as God loves him, to forgive him as God does. to pray for his salvation. you may be the only able to intercede for him and it may be the only chance he ever has. No one may ever pray for him only your prayer could save his life.. it will be a really tough decision to make and I pray you have the strength to do it even though you do not want to..

July 17, 2023 at 9:03 pmThis is your chance to love Jesus and He will fill you and never let you down. He is real and your very existence came from Him. He saw the paths you have chosen and has promised to be there with you even when your choices did not please Him. God will never forsake you even when you have forsaken Him. He forgives you. You need to release the other man and cling to, “The Man,” Jesus Christ. In Him are all possibilities. He is not a man of this world who will disappoint you. He is God. God is faithful and never, ever, ever, lies and His plans for you need to be greater than your plans for you. Are you willing? Release the bitterness. It is poison to your soul and will fill you with demonic torment and destroyers, Christ will fill you, instead, with Himself. The Holy Spirit will reside in you and bring healing and life that you’ve never experienced and always craved. Sound too good to be true? It’s not. God loves. God paid the ultimate price to save us and He will still move mountains to do miracles in your life and build faith, love and joy in you that you could hardly understand at this moment … but the journey will only begin if You let Him… are you willing? I am praying that you see how great His offer is to you at this moment… He loves you. Will you let Him?

July 17, 2023 at 9:20 pmChoose life. Death is in your mouth, from the last post of your that I read. Praying you repent and forgive. Just do it. You can thank me later. Praying you take back the evil things you pronounce over yourself and give your life to Christ so that the devil will have no hold on you. This is serious business. Scripture says: Proverbs 18:21 ESV “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.” Speaking poison and death over your situation will not help you. Turn to God and He will help you, train you, and make you His own. You have been bought with a price. He will cover you if you let Him. Will you? God is a redeemer. He is a lover. Jesus speaks of the good shepherd that leaves the 99 in the pasture to go after the lost one. Are you willing to be found? He has good things for you… and He’s waiting… we’re waiting and praying, too. He needs you to forgive, then be forgiven, to let go and let God. Your journey with Him awaits you. Praying.

July 18, 2023 at 12:31 pmKhalifaandjosiah, there are times in our lives where we’ve allowed the enemy to get us into offence. Once we take ownership of an offence, or having been wronged by someone, especially someone that is dear to us, it can be extremely difficult to forgive. It’s in these time where we need to forgive the offender by faith. We need to take the whole situation to the LORD and place it on the altar, and ask the LORD to help us to be able to forgive by faith. We forgive by faith by saying, “I confess that in my heart, I really do not want to forgive this person – (be honest with God). But, because I understand that the WORD says, that in order for the Father to be able to forgive me, I must forgive others. Therefore, I commit to forgiving this person by faith.” — Then we leave that place of prayer, and everytime the enemy comes to remind us of what so and so said or did, we say “I won’t go there devil because I have already forgiven that person by faith.” We may have to repeat this process several times a day. But in time, the enemy will back off because he sees he can’t get us to take offence in this area again. It’s really about bringing every thought captive to the obedience of CHRIST that (2 Cor. 10:5) talks about. And us seeing ourselves in the light of the WORD. If God says that we are to forgive others their trespasses, than we are to obey the WORD of God and forgive those who sin against us. When we do so by faith, our hearts will follow in time, and we’ll get to the place where we won’t even think about what so and so did us. Father lead Your daughter to the place of freedom, harboring unforgiveness only imprisons us. Help her to find the place of peace that comes from loving others as You love us…
In JESUS’ precious Name. Amen! ❤

July 18, 2023 at 1:43 pmEternal God,
We know You are the source of all light and wisdom, I come before You with a heart open to receive Your illumination. As I reflect on the words of 2 Peter 3:14, ‘Therefore, beloved, since you are waiting for these, be diligent to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace,’ I seek Your divine insight and revelation.
Heavenly Father, grant me the gift of spiritual illumination. Open my mind and heart to Your truth, that I may comprehend the depth of Your teachings and the implications of Your Word. Remove any veils that hinder my understanding, and fill me with the light of Your presence.
In this moment of prayer, I lift up my fellow believers to You. May we, as Your beloved children, be diligent in our pursuit of holiness and understanding. Enlighten us, O Lord, and grant us the wisdom to discern Your will and the courage to follow it faithfully.
Shine Your light on the path before us, guiding our steps and revealing Your truth. Fill us with spiritual insight, that we may walk blamelessly in Your ways, without spot or blemish. May our lives reflect the peace that comes from knowing You.
Holy Spirit, the source of wisdom and understanding, descend upon us with Your gentle presence. Illuminate our minds and hearts, that we may grasp the significance of Your Word and its application to our lives. Grant us clarity of thought and the ability to discern truth from falsehood.
As we await the fulfillment of Your promises, may the prayers for illumination transform us, deepening our faith and knowledge of Your truth. Empower us to live in accordance with Your will, shining Your light in a world longing for hope and peace.
May our understanding of Your truth be accompanied by a heart of compassion and love. Help us to extend grace and forgiveness to others, just as You have shown us. Let Your light shine through us, bringing comfort, healing, and reconciliation.
In the name of Jesus, the Light of the world, we pray. Amen.

July 23, 2023 at 7:54 amJoining the family to pray for you, dear K, to be strengthened in your inner man – Ephesians 3 ~14-19
My response is to get down on my knees before the Father, this magnificent Father who parcels out all heaven and earth. I ask him to strengthen you by his Spirit—not a brute strength but a glorious inner strength—that Christ will live in you as you open the door and invite him in. And I ask him that with both feet planted firmly on love, you’ll be able to take in with all followers of Jesus the extravagant dimensions of Christ’s love. Reach out and experience the breadth! Test its length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights! Live full lives, full in the fullness of God.
20-21 God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us.
