Husband's suddenly experiencing hearing loss

    Please pray for my husband Jake. Over the last 12 hours or so, he has experienced sudden loss of hearing in his right ear with intense, constant ringing (tinnitus). We are seeking medical care today but prayer is what will find us answers and healing! Jake is not yet a Christ follower but he is curious and has recently started listening to the DAB (for the past 10 days or so!). God is moving in his life and I know that He will use this for Good. Thank you DAB community. We love you!

    We pray for His salvation and healing. Let no attempt of the enemy to rob him of the ability to hear last. Give the doctors the insight they need. In Jesus Name.

    Father, I stand in agreement with these prayers for the healing of Jake, and for Jake’s salvation. Raise up a community of believers around him who can intercede for him, and make a connection with him on a personal, non threatening level. Bless his wife for her commitment and love for him. Let her love and her faith minister to her husband as he experiences this pain and hearing loss.

    tmshepherd, I have experienced tinnitus recently as well. I’m still going through it, although not as much as earlier this summer. I pray God would show His grace and mercy by relieving Jake of this burden. I also pray God would use this as a means to draw Jake closer to Him, and that he would see God’s goodness through the healing of his ear and the love and comfort showed to him by those around him. Father God, please have mercy on Jake and heal him. Give him peace from the tinnitus, but God, also pull him nearer to you, that he would see how much bigger than everything You truly are. Amen.
