I hear you. I will pray for you, but I will just share that focusing on feelings can really mess a person up. Feelings come and go. Feelings can be so strong and so depressing at times. It helps me to focus on what is true. God tells us in Phil 4:8…Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things. I’ve had to train my brain to not dwell on feelings. It doesn’t mean I ignore what I’m feeling, it just means I don’t let it rule my thinking. Does that make sense? God tells us that when we are weak then we are strong. Go figure. It’s not the way the world thinks. It’s far above it. When we come to him as we are, we can admit our weakness and when we surrender our lives to him then he lives in us and when we are in Him we are strong. Phil 4:13 says, I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

Father, encourage this brother by Your Words. Let him cast all his cares on you as you say to because you care for him. Let his mind be renewed by Your Word. I lift him up to you and thank you for speaking to him. Let that word not be snatched away by the enemy who comes to steal, kill and destroy. May roots grow down strong. May he be built up in Christ, so he can then be able to relate to others who are where he’s been and share the good news of how you intervened and made a way for him when it seemed there was no way. You are good. Your plans for us are good. May we always rest in you rather than worry. The world tells us we have to make things happen, but I know that You make things happen when we walk with you and follow you. I ask that you fill this brother with your Holy Spirit. Give him Your peace. May he enjoy your presence and true fellowship with you, Jesus. This is the day you have made, we will rejoice and be glad in it. You work all things together for good for those who love you and are called according to your purpose. Amen!! I’ll take that!! I’ll continue to share that!! I pray that the Lord will level all the mountains that you are facing . I pray that the peace of God will sweep over you and that you will sense it even now. Just take a deep breathe now and breathe in new life that God wants to offer you. Now breathe out all the stress and bad feelings 🙁 in Jesus name!
God loves you brother so no matter what the circumstances you are facing , let them not dictate your future but let God be the one that dictates what your future holds.

I pray that you see this situation as a reframe:,
God will refine you so that you can see that all you need his him, in him is strength, the path you take he knows, he knows your thoughts before you say a word (Psalm 139:4), he knew you would get to this place.
Lets reframe your message from the tope
I cant take another step in my own strength, Gods says come to me I will give you the strength and I will carry you when needed.
I feel like I am over my head – Gods says its not over my head, I am completely above it, to the side of it, beneath it and surrounding it. For his ways are higher than your ways and thoughts higher than your thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9)
My choices are wrong – We fail and choose the wrong things, I remember being in a place saying to God why are you still bothering with me where, I honestly didn’t know why he was in the place I was I he cared, but his love is amazing.
I need something that I do not possess – all you need is God, do what you can and he will do the rest.
How can I be strong – God is your strength.
Maybe he’s saying now come in real close, let me guide your path, let me show you the way I lead.
