February 14, 2020 at 4:50 pmHello,
I was furloughed at my job in January. The day I found out, I started looking for new opportunities because I did not know when (or if) the contract was going to be renewed. I work as a contractor at a federal agency and it caught everybody by surprise. I was only given 8 days notice with no severance and my health insurance and other benefits were terminated at the end of the month. I have already been on a couple of job interviews and have received a couple of offers for temporary contract positions. Unfortunately, the onboarding process on the first offer has been delayed because I have not received an email for my background verification even though I was told that they sent it. The other temporary offer is suppose to start on March 2. Money is very tight for us right now and I ask you to please pray for God’s peace and provision during this time. Thank you very much DABers.gaellagirlPrayers: 4Requests: 1

February 15, 2020 at 11:17 amStanding in agreement with these prayers for Jolly. Lord, bless them with an excellent job, with the best job of their career, and may it come soon. Meanwhile, help them to cut their expenses to the bone showing their willingness to be excellent money managers. And perhaps even give them a good temporary job through a temp agency to tide them over. Do what You do, Lord. Blessings, gail
