things have been pretty difficult with family and my finances and some sleepless nights and the holidays might be bleak and lonely , but in the early morning hours it struck me why am I stewing over this and carrying so much, much more than I’ve been leaning on Jesus for comfort help and provision. where is all the hopelessness coming from. where is my God in all of this. I turned towards him yet again in the Darkness, and I offered my problems to him for help in the time of need. he comforted me by his very presence. the answers are not here just yet, but I know with God all things are possible and he will not abandon me. he will give me directions, guidance, wisdom, and help in the time of need. he will open doors that no man can shut. he is with me when I feel my most alone and he has promised in his word he will not leave me. I would rather have his presence and his words strengthening me than all the food and company this world has to offer if I had a choice. God never fails. his word is true. he is the Glorious Light in the darkness. when I am at my weakest, he is strong and mighty, a strong tower from the enemy, fortress, and shelter that I can run into. I will praise him and lift up his name all the days of my life. blessed be the Lord God. he answers the cries of our heart and is a friend in the time of need. praise His holy name forever and ever! 🕊🙏🙌
