I know you can not tackle a bunch of problems at one time.
Know God loves you very much. Don’t beat yourself up. Read the Gospels. Write down the commandments Jesus gives you. Tell Him you want to obey. Ask Him to help. Confess if you fail. Write down the promises He makes you. Claim them for yourself. Give Him your self and your day each morning. Confess known sin immediately. We’re not talking ice cream and cigarettes here unless you are confessing gluttony. But don’t turn to ice cream for comfort when you need to be telling Him you need comfort. Beware of self pity. Beware of bitterness. If He has called you to be caregiver, do it as unto Him. Ask for strength. Tell him you want to walk in love, peace, gentleness, kindness, self control, patience, Joy, goodness – all the fruits of the Spirit. You get these by abiding in Him, Jesus. Try worship music if you can, to help. if you don’t know any, ask. I’m praying for you. Please come back often so we know what you need. Virtual hugs -
