Just been a rough year

    Just been a rough 2016 and i need prayer that 2017 will be better. Im currently transitioning into a new career field i lost my uncle a few months ago, i lost a cousin of mine to drugs, my best friend is gay and has HIV and alcoholism and has been staying with me and my mother. Me and my GF argue all the time and every argument is a breakup (currently broken up) and i have an uncle in need of a liver

    i have been so busy the last 7 months that i have been able to not think so much on it but there is now a lot of negativity and drama around me and their pressure is getting too much. I feel distant from God and i feel a bit lost

    i have been struggling with lust and not telling the truth

    can you guys please pray for me i dont want to go to hell

    God loves you and He is with you. You hang in there and leave 2016 behind. Keep your eyes on Jesus in 2017, listen to the Daily Audio Bible and ask God to lead you to a good church if you aren’t currently in one. God Bless You! Lily Joy

    Dear Friend,

    I start by saying my sincerely condolences on the losses of your Uncle and Cousin. There is a lot going on in your life BUT Jesus can take your burden – You cannot carry all these burden on your own, give it to Jesus.

    I pray over your Uncle and trust that he gets a match donor for his liver. I pray that if he is not saved, he will come to know Jesus. I also pray for your gay friend and ask God to set him free from the bondage that he is in and draw him to Jesus through salvation- May God use you in this case.

    I plead the of Jesus over your family and ask that he breaks every negativity ! and every Yoke of the enemy that has held you all captive. I pray for spiritual freedom and awakening in you.

    Regarding your lust and telling of lies please pray as follows” In Jesus’ name I renounce any evil spirit that has gained any spiritual control over my life in Jesus name; Amen”.

    May you have a prosperous 2017 even as your relationship with Christ prospers. Purpose to walk the narrow path that leads to Eternal life. Always remember we are in a spiritual warfare so put on the full armor of God according to Ephesians 6: 10-18

    I am sorry you are going through so many challenges. I will surely pray for you bro. However, when you say you feel distant from God, there is a saying you may have heard before, “When we feel distant from God, guess who moved.” God is constant and never moves away from us, we move away from him. Spend more time reading / meditating on the Bible (I suggest the New Testament for you right now, and Psalms) ; also pray a lot, on your knees, everywhere and always (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and cast all your anxiety on God, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Life is like a fight between 2 dogs. God’s dog and Satan’s dog. The one you feed or starve the most will win or lose. Once again, you will surely be in my prayers, and please pray for me that I can find a job….been a long unsuccessful job hunt. Much Luv, J

    Praying for you sweetie! I had a rough year as well and can relate to wanting 2017 to be better. I know God has not and never will forget about you. He is our hope when it feels like all hope is lost. Prayers coming your way!

    Father God,

    God willing, I add my faith and voice to every prayer said on behalf of jmedero09 and ask for it to be done in the name of Jesus Christ!

    Father this is too much for him to carry. He cannot. Please come into his life more fully and carry all of this for him as you walk with him daily. Let him see your hand in his life; open his eyes to see clearly when you do help him that he may praise you for all the glory be Thine. Please help him remember you daily and that you want an intimate relationship with him. Breathe your life into him and save him if not already done. Let him know that he is saved and wrap him in your arms of love, joy, and peace that only you can give, which is glorious to experience and life changing. Teach him who you truly are.

    Praying for peace in your life. I know the feeling well. I pray that you can find better ways to distract yourself. Flesh is weak. I don’t believe you’re set for hell.     I love to see all these responses to your request. My heart is heavy for all the pressure you’ve been under. I stand with Sheila and all the others in praying for you. Jesus, thank you for being the one to carry our burdens. May this brother cast his cares on you and be lifted up and encouraged. As he prayed to be free from the grip of the enemy, I, too, pray that you give him wisdom to recognize the enemy’s schemes and use the authority you give to all believers to say as you said, get behind me satan. May 2017 be the year you draw close to God and let him have his way in your life. God is for you. May you be filled with His Holy Spirit and be victorious in Christ. Christ has won the victory for you, friend. Stay in the Word. Walk in the Word. Draw close to God and surround yourself with other believers. Your eternity with Jesus is secure when you put your faith in Him. Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ. May His light SHINE into your life! Thank You Jesus!! Amen.
