    Gail, sister, I feel the only way for you to exercise consistently is to do it with other people. Join an aerobics club and with the encouragement of others there, stay in the race. I pray that you find that pearl ring that means so much to you. You I feel are a mother figure prayer warrior among the prayer warriors in dab.

    Heavenly Father, stand beside this daughter, and hear her prayers. Fill her with your Holy Spirit, and allow your Spirit to speak through her with every encounter she has. Clothe her with gentleness and love, and refine her hearing so that she clearly hears your voice. Let her see that you are working within her, and that her joy in the midst of uncertainty comes before you as a sweet fragrance.

    Thank You, Lord, for protecting us and our home last night during the 4.5 earthquake and for calming my nerves which were frayed at the intensity. You are SO good to us. ~gail
