I would like some prayer for me, my wife, and my marriage. My wife confessed to me recently that she has been cheating on me for awhile now. I would like to work things out with her but she is not sure if she wants to or not. She has feeling for this other person but says she also doesn’t want to lose me either. So I would like prayer to know Gods will in this situation. Prayer for my wife, that God opens her eyes and she sees the lies that the devil is telling her and that God shows her what really matters. And that God would heal and make this marriage stronger.

This is hard to read, I’m so sorry I can’t imagine it. Just know I will begin my prayers for wisdom for you both. Know I am praying AGAINST the enemy in this. I know God will stop the evil but you both have a choice God won’t make you do anything. May he guide you both in the coming days, may other Christian’s have Godly words for you. I pray your wife comes to God soon and opens her heart to Jesus.

I need to seek God as this brings a lot of pain . I am so sorry as this is not common to read especially when the woman is at fault . I pray for God to shield you and please forgive her . I hope I will have more to share later.

I also stand with other Christians praying and add my faith and voice to all their prayers said on your behalf! In Jesus’s blessed name! God is good! Keep your eyes on Him. Rejoice in the Lord during this battle. Thank Him for helping you even when it looks like he isn’t for he is moving in mysterious ways and in ways we cannot always see or fathom.
Also something I have been learning. When I start feeling anxious or upset because I cannot see how God is helping me, I choose to view myself as a toddler and trust my Father God is helping me even though I do not understand or see Him doing it. I tell God that I believe and trust that He is helping me and I thank him for helping me. I must confess though there are times (as I am learning) that I start to get upset and whine, where are you, God? Just like my toddler who whines at me and wants what he wants now. I too do this. This whining does not help me feel God any faster. But I have noticed when I praise Him for the help I cannot see I feel more at peace.

I prayed over you and God brought Hosea the great prophet to mind.
In Hosea 3:1, after Gomer had left Hosea and was living in immorality, the Lord commanded Hosea to find her and buy her back. God was continuing His illustration of His relationship with the people of Israel, who had been unfaithful to Him by practicing idolatry- except now He wanted to show the greatness of His grace ( as I mentioned earlier you exemplify so much grace)“Even as the LORD loves the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods.” Hosea’s faithful love of Gomer was an illustration of God’s faithfulness to wayward Israel. Just as Gomer had been unfaithful to her husband and had to be redeemed, Israel needed God’s initiative to restore their relationship. ( so know that the Lord God wants you to take back your wife)
The prophet Hosea was commanded to marry an unfaithful wife, and this set up a model of Israel’s broken relationship with God. Israel had been chosen and loved by God yet had been unfaithful to Him by way of idolatry. Just as Hosea redeemed his estranged wife and sought to continue his relationship with her, God promised to redeem Israel and renew their relationship with Him. The story of Hosea and Gomer is an unforgettable picture of God’s strong, unending love for His covenant people. ( Looking at you I truly see an unforgettable picture of how you truly love your wife)
I pray that God will set your wife free and that she will run to Jesus for salvation.
I bind that spirit of adultery that has blinded your wife in the name of Jesus! I command that spirit and any other spirits operating her her to cease from dominating her in the name of Jesus! I I ask you brother to keep binding and casting out wicked spirits from your house.Choose to walk in forgiveness and always have a repentant heart . God truly loves you and will make a way out of this nightmare.
Keep us posted and we shall not stop praying for you. We are a family and must help each other We love you brother .

Hosea 2:6-7
For this reason I will fence her in with thornbushes. I will block her path with a wall to make her lose her way. When she runs after her lovers, she won’t be able to catch them. She will search for them but not find them. April 2, 2017 at 1:47 pmStill need some prayer. My wife told me she has decided she wants a divorce after having an ugly argument with my mom. She says needs to make a decision and that she has feeling for this other person also. I know God can still heal this marriage. So I am still standing for the healing of our marriage.

Is she really a believer ? Have you talked to her ? She doesn’t realize that these feelings she has for this other person are straight from Satan ! Oh how I hate Satan ! He does everything in his power to destroy families!

AmenApril 2, 2017 at 6:25 pmPraying in agreement with Sister Shelia praying her words. I pray that Jesus would soften your wife’s heart that she may remember good times you had and how far you came together as one flesh.
Whatever happens God will be FAITHFUL to you, he will never leave you or forsake you. HE is prepared for any and all eventualities, he never forces people to do things but he is always faithful to those who love him.

I believe your wife is tempted when she dragged by their own desire towards sin (James 1:14), but God see and knows when you are tempted and if you know him he will provide a way out (1 Corinthians 10:13) thus I pray her eyes were open to this. I pray that when you speak to her she would see Jesus in the situation and that all evil would be absent. I pray that she would know in her soul of your love and good intention for her. The other person is no longer in the picture, he has moved out of state. So, God is working. She is still confused and doesn’t know what to do. I struggle with letting God have it, I sometimes try to do things in my own strength. That only makes thing worst. God is still working on me. I do have days I want to give up but I don’t think God has given me permission yet. When I get down or have a bad day, I think of the things he has already done.

Continue to wait on God. This is a real time of trust, God loves you and has a plan and he is always at work for your good. Keep really close to him in prayer, worship and the word. Pray before all interactions with your wife. Yes look back and see how faithful he is, look back to what he has done in your love, remember his great love shown to us through the cross, he loves you more than life. I will pray for some joy in the coming months that like a jigsaw you would see God putting the picture of your life as he sees it together. Praying in Jesus name.
