Marriage on the brink

    I’m just going to ask for prayers for me and my wife. It seems like she is giving up but I’m trying to be hopeful that we can mend this broken relationship. I’m leaving it at the feet of God and trusts in his will and purpose to do what is best for us. I’ve prayed that we both humble ourselves and for the Holy Spirit to intervene because I don’t know what to do. So I’m asking for prayers please. God Bless

    Romans 12:1-2 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
    Father in heaven, I pray this Dabber and his wife will be able to get together and discuss how they are doing in light of God’s command to present themselves a living sacrifice. What may not be pleasing. In Jesus name

    My help, my help, all of my help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth. Our Father who art in heaven, Holy and Righteous is your name. Father you love marriage according to your will. You love marriage that is pleasing to you. You love marriage that brings glory to your name. I pray for this couple and their marriage. Father restore the joy and love in this marriage. Soften the hearts of this couple. Bring humility to this couple. I pray that this couple looks to you for guidance. I pray that they allow the Holy Spirit to lead, guide and direct them . Father put forgiveness in their hearts. Reveal any secret things that may be hindering the union. Speak to their hearts Lord Jesus in making decisions . Keep them from listening or being influenced by the evil one. The thief comes to kill, steal and destroy. But you Oh Lord came to give life and give it more abundantly. Let them be open to wise counseling. Bless this couple and free them from their own thoughts and wicked imaginations. Give them the mind of Christ. All help comes from you God. You are the only one who is able to heal the broken. You are the only one who is able to restore this union. So, I pray that you will restore this couple. Amen

    Father you are the God that restores and mends relationships. I ask that you would bring healing to the couple. Restore the love that has been marred by problems. Bring clarity, forgiveness, humility and acceptance into this relationship. That you would minister to the husband as the head of the household and that he would heed to your voice as you guide his steps. I bless this marriage in Jesus name. Amen
