Dear Lisa, my heart reaches out to you. My family was also broken after over 20 years of marriage. Both my mother and father cheated on each other. They were not believers, but because of their divorce, I became a believer. Because of what they did to our family, I sought the Lord, started reading the bible, I was praying for God to save my parents marriage, but what he did was save me! He turned something tragic for my own good. I’m still praying for their salvation and putting my hope in trust in the Lord.

Father, Thank you for your love and faithfulness to Lisa and her family. Lord, you are Sovereign and in control, we thank you that nothing is impossible for you. Lord, please pour your comfort upon Lisa, help her to see from above, look to you for her hope, and not to her husband. Father, give Lisa faith to believe and trust in you because you said in your word ” For your thoughts are not my thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9)

Father, you make the impossible happen, show Lisa the way to walk in. Give her a renewed mind and strength for this battle. Give her mercy, grace, love, and forgiveness for her husband. Pour your love into Lisa Lord, that her identity would be so rooted in you, that no matter what enemy throws at her, her family, her marriage, she will not be shaken because no matter what happens, your love will sustain her, even if the whole world abandons her, you will be with her.

We pray for her husband’s salvation and for your work to be complete in him. Lord, we know that you are also working on his soul and all the bondage of sins that are holding him in captivity. Please fill Lisa and her husband with your love, we pray they will seek you and surrender all to you for healing and restoration of their minds, body, soul, and spirit. Lord, you make all things new, we are praying and believing for Lisa and her marriage to be restored according to your will. We pray for Lisa and her husband for their hearts to be humbled because you said in your word when we humble ourselves at your throne grace, you will give us grace and mercy in our time of need. In Jesus’ name, we pray, amen.

Dear Lord, You are the God of hope. I pray that your daughter find all her trust and heart given to you in the hard season. You are sovereign and make all things work for those who are called to stand for marriage. Fill her with your resurrection power as she surrenders. Keep her for paying back evil for evil but always shine your unconditional love to her husband. Through your love and kindness in her life, may his heart break quickly. This sin that is only pleasureable for a time will fade you promise in your word. When it does, help him to see that he can only find satisfaction in you Lord. Use your servant daughter to couragously love this man who is so lost. Fill her with all joy and peace in believing that you are always in control. Do all this for your glory and so that by the power of the Holy Spirit your daughter may abound in hope. In Jesus name we pray…

What a beautiful testimony…how God takes our pain and turns it into a gift/blessing.
I hear Lisa’s pain & loneliness in her marriage. I’ve never been married so I can’t say I know all what that’s about but I can say, being near the one you love and not feeling same back brings tears to my eyes. I pray Father you will fill Lisa with your love that she is not getting from her husband , fill her up God where she is full , overflowing, content, lacking nothing in you. In Jesus name I ask. Amen
