I work as technical support and I advise my clients and troubleshoot technical issue. I’ve had a few instances where I’ve made mistakes and loss the client. I need to learn from those mistake but asking pray for better knowledge and understand on the job. I’m concerned that my mistake was me moving without thinking and need to stay focus better and understand the products that I support for my client. In each of these instances my supervisor was very understanding and didn’t fire or write me up. I know that what I do I do as unto the Lord! Therefore I want to serve God better!
